I would never recommend this hotel for stay. They had very bad conditions of the room. I booked non-smoking room at first and they gave us smoking room, which we had to argue for to get the non-smoking room. Even the room was not good at all. There was bathroom faucet keep on leaking and making the noise.

Horrible place to stay and cleanliness.
My stay there was horrible. Hotel is absolutely substandard. There was near no internet reception in the room. When told staff, they said this is the best they have. Most importantly, cleanliness was pathetic. I had dead cockroach in my bath tub at check-in and there was a live rodent in the bathroom. The hotel management was unapologetic and totally indifferent. I'd not recommend staying here.

Not worth it....
It was disappointing experience at Lemon tree. Room was not properly cleaned and prepared. Toiletries, napkins, towels nothing was in place. Olympic javelin event in which India won gold,couldn’t be watched because particular channel was not subscribed by the hotel!

The restaurant and it's staff were exceptionally welcoming and offered great variety , and customer care. The Manager Davraj is excellent and is a very dedicated hands on manager.You can see that this is a happy work environment. Special mention to Deepak who was a wonderful waiter. The office staff however were the opposite. Disappointing and unhelpful on many levels. Emails via Expedia were unanswered and then when I sent an email directly to hotel it wasn't answered in a timely manner and received email about airport transfer after I had checked in.

Break-fast for two charged & was not given.
Even-though, we (2 of us) did not take break-fast, we were charged for it & when I pointed out the mistake, the front desk clerk said, he does not have the authority to change the bill, even if he agrees that we have not been offered break-fast.

Worst mistake ever
One of the worst for couples, they don't allow unmarried couples and the staff is so rude and arrogant that it can make your lovely stay worst.

Lousy place to stay but centrally located.
My bed had a layer of hair and dust under the pillow. The hotel has VERY thin walls and you can hear traffic noises from outside all the up to the 3th floor rooms. Also, when there Is s party in the hotel, it gets really noisy.

The hotel is clean and bright the food in the hotel is very good but in contrast guest room were " smelly" not clean and not well maintained I have stayed in that hotel two years ago and had than a very good experience In my next visit to indoor I will look for another place

2 star hotel at the rate of 5 star!
I stayed from 13th to 14th dec. It is very average hotel priced very heavily. Toilet was dirty. It appears old property has been refurbushed with minimal expenditure and they charge heavily because of brand name.

Good location horrible service
They were nice enough to upgrade both rooms but that's where the good part ends. There were mosquitoes in the rooms and they have old CRT TVs. The housekeeping is the worst I've ever come across. My extra bed which I paid for in advance arrives after 4 calls and 1 hour and it wasn't even a bed! They gave me a mattress and a quilt with yellow stains! They changed the quilt but it never felt clean again. The staff is oblivious. Food however is quite nice.

This trip was driving tour overnight stay.The hotel was clean and everything worked except the tv.The service in the restaurant was a bit gnarly and the waiters a bit sad that you ate too much.I wonder why it concerns them so much.this is present in India the hotel is good quality

Was upgraded to suite. Room was very good . wifi worked ok although only limited to 60 m a day . seems churlish for business hotel to limit it. Breakfast was very good .

Beautiful hotel, we stayed here for Christmas
We were travelling in India from Australia and had come from a place called Mandu, rich in Afghani Architecture. This place oozed with service from the reception to the restaurants and onto the housekeeping. We stayed here for the Christmas period and were very happy with the service, comfort, cleanliness and food quality of this hotel.We would highly recommend it to international travellers coming this way.
