Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay.Our hotel was built in 1927 and we have decided to preserve the soul and spirit of the place, which is reflected in our "Art Deco 30s" decoration and our furniture, most of which is period. Similarly, our bar retains the spirit of the 30s, creating a cosy, comfortable atmosphere. We're sorry if it wasn't to your taste.It's also important to us that you've been made to feel welcome, and we take great care to ensure that your arrival is as positive and professional as possible, as a warm welcome is essential to making your stay as pleasant as possible.Every room in our hotel is different: Our hotel has several room categories: Comfort rooms, Superior and Triple rooms, Premium rooms as well as Junior Suites and finally our Winston Churchill Suite. Some rooms overlook the station square, others are on the side of the pedestrian street, and still others overlook the building's inner courtyard and are therefore "quiet" rooms.Hoping to see you again, Yours sincerely Juline

Dear Richard, Thank you for taking the time to write us a comment. It is a pleasure to read that you enjoyed your stay with us. It is true that our family rooms are spacious with big bathrooms. Our hotel is located in the city center, perfect location for visiting Tours in family. The hotel is in front of the train and bus station, that facilitate the access for the guests. There are as well plenty of shops, museums and restaurants around the hotel that allow our guests to enjoy the city easily. The old town is at less than 15min by walk from the hotel. Dear Tricia, Thank you for taking time to write a comment. It is important for us to have your returns, it allows us to improve ourselves! We are sad to read that you were disappointed of your stay. Our hotel was built in 1927, and we decided to keep an Art Deco Style. It was designed by Mr. Chareau, one of the most famous interior decorators od the world! In each room you have a courtesy tray with a bottle of water, tea and coffee. Our bar is open from 6pm to 12pm and we offer different fresh and hot drinks, wine and spirits. We have two accesses to go to the rooms, and one is in our seminar room, sometimes used to stock the bikes of our guests. The hotel is composed of 104 rooms, all different, we did not post a picture of each room on Internet. We hope you will keep a nice souvenir of your stay in Tours. Kind Regards, Cassandra
