OK, standard hotel.

Very standard, no frills hotel. Rooms are OK, although that awkward bathroom sink without a mirror in front makes things more difficult like shaving, cleaning, etc. The area is OK for business, not so much for tourism.

Nice hotel with great staff

Posted Jul 5, 2017
This a cozy hotel close to major avenues in Mexico city, food is great and the staff is amazing. Only draw back is that the access is a bit confusing, it might take the taxi a few tries around the block to get to the front entrance

Comfortable and clean rooms.

Posted Mar 27, 2017
Pros: Cleaning and comfortable.
Cons: All is good.
Location: This hotel is an usual selection because its location is good for me, maybe it's located away from malls but for business trips it's a good selection.

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close...

Posted Nov 20, 2016 on Hotels
...to a major road and highway intersection. Let's just say that you're probably not staying here for a romantic getaway or to experience the nightlife. Naucalpan is unarguably an industrial area, and for people working in this part of Mexico City, the Fiesta Inn Naucalpan is arguably the best hotel to stay at. That's not to stay it's without it's issues. Considering the neighborhood and location, you'd think that the designers of the hotel would have incorporated some sort of soundproofing into the windows, but you can hear every car, motorcycle, truck, ambulance and any other mode of transportation drive by at all hours of the night. If you consider the mattress quality (or lack thereof, I've stayed here 3x now out of necessity and I can imagine cadavers are more comfortable on their granite slabs), this adds up to some rather sleepless nights. On the bright side, waking up is easy, no alarm clock necessary! The staff is courteous, the gym is small but uncrowded, the rooms are kept clean and in reasonable condition (the glass counter in my bathroom was cracked and poorly repaired), and the restaurant is likely the best within a couple kilometers. If it weren't for Mexico City's legendary traffic, I'd prefer to stay in Polanco if only to have something to do at night. This hotel earns it's business not by being the best, but by being the most convenient.

Dear Guest, We really appreciate your decision to arrive with us for your business travel and the time you expend in give us an evaluation of the service in the Hotels.com page. We regret much that your comfort in the hotel is not good to ensure your rest, we can offer you in your next visit two points to improve this detail that are 1) put in your bed some extra blanket that gives a greater softness to the mattress and 2) put you in one of the rooms on the top floor of the hotel to be away from the avenue and reduce the noise of cars. We know that our location is adequate as you mention it for customers who come expressly to carry out activities right to this neighborhood, so we hope that if your work keeps bringing you to the city, you favor us with your preference. It is committed to continue giving our greatest effort so that the friendliness of the staff is to your liking, it will be for all the hotel team a pleasure to be able to serve you whenever you stay with us. Great! Except for the service at the bar. Modern rooms, comfortable beds. Security is well thought. Lobby staff was nice and helpful.

Dear Mr. Canadamex, thank you for the opportunity to meet you during your trip to this part of the city and the attention you gave us to evaluate our service in the page Expedia.com. We are pleased that the facilities and hotel services have been to your liking, we understand that the open space we have as a bar counter is not expected as a formal bar and so the service can not be expected, has our commitment to pay special attention to improve this part of the service to make your future stays a better time. We hope you return soon to the city and let us welcome you again. Sincerely Lucia Leon General Manager Fiesta Inn Naucalpan
