Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff

The hotel was clean and modern. Comfortable beds, and pretty quiet. The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant serves good food, and has a great breakfast buffet every morning that is much cheaper than going to a restaurant out anywhere else. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in town

Hotel very clean and confortable place. I traveled to Mexico City for a business meeting and all the personnel in the hotel was kind and helpful in all my needs.

Great business hotel and just renovated

Renovated rooms, have a good size tv, great 24 hr room service. Very comfortable room. Areas of opportunity: no coffee pot, don't know why they removed the nice quiet mini fridge. Bathroom was partially renovated.

Clean Business hotel at a good rate

This hotel has been partially renovated, the room looks great, big size TV, quiet frigobar and air conditioning. The bath still needs an upgrade to go along with the rest of the room. Need to improve noise isolation from the outside street noise and other machines working in the hotel, however, you can still catch a good sleep. 1 bottle of complementary water (would be great to have 2). The new blue chair looks nice but very uncomfortable. The wood-like tile looks great but makes the room a little bit colder vs carpet, no big deal. The room really needs to include a complementary coffee maker. In general terms I liked the new style of the room.

Good, clean hotel. Good value for the money.

Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, convenience.
Cons: No suggestions come to mind.
Location: Not a lot of tourist-type attractions in the immediate area. Plenty of shopping and restaurant choices.
Stayed here three weeks. Room was clean, comfortable, fairly quiet (considering there are twelve lanes of traffic in front of the building). Staff was responsive, friendly and courteous. Only had one problem; a water leak from the room above. I notified the front desk personnel in the morning and the leak was fixed that day.
