“Great place! Had a great time. The river access was key. Spent both nights eating at Howdys. Great food and atmosphere. Nice little lake. Caught some bass. Definitely recommend for a hill country getaway. ”

“My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was not toddler-friendly, but we managed to leave without breaking anything. We loved kayaking on the little lake and enjoyed the short hike. The pool was only slightly heated (during Spring Break) but we got used to the chilly water. The propane grill and hot tub were both awesome. We couldnt get the fire pit to work so we used a lighter to roast marshmallows. Overall I would recommend staying here with kids over 3.”

“Property manager is very communicative! We have stayed in the cabins twice for camp pickup, and it offered everything we needed and more. The owner is kind, helpful, and responsive to our requests. We will stay here again next summer!”

“We did not get to stay at this location. We were scheduled to stay here 4th of July weekend and that is when all the flooding hit. The host was very nice to us and said that they would refund our money. After the weekend i contacted VRBO and they said they would check with the host and get back with me. they have ghosted me since.”

“El desayuno terrible, los panes tenían mold, le comenté a la chica del desayuno y los quito. Pero no me sentí segura de desayunar en ese lugar. La habitación que me habían asignado en el primer piso olía terriblemente a humedad. Afortunadamente me pudieron hacer el favor la chica del front desk de cambiarla. La nueva habitación mucho mejor. ”
