Excellent experience

Best location in the city, gorgeous spacious rooms, wonderful service, sane prices. Absolutely no reason to go to any other hotel in Budapest.

Funky fun place to be in Budapest

Cons: Rooms nice but small, bar service slow. What I dislike most is Expedia quoting me an all inclusive rate and getting socked with additional tax. Bad!
Location: Lots of rich history on both sides of Danube. Fishermans bastian views are a must
Enjoyed the ambience. Room decorations and motif were outstanding. Well located in city.

Very nice hotel, staff on the other hand...

Great hotel, situated in the perfect location, minutes walk from everything which was ideal. Rooms were spot on and you can't fault the quality of the decor and comfort of the bed. Only flaw is the staff were rather unpleasant. This hotel seems to be for high rollers and if you don't fit that category they have no time for you. Very judgemental and made conversations uncomfortable. 5/5 for hotel 2/5 staff.

Hotel is in an amazing location and is trendy. But it could use a bit of a refresh (carpets and bathrooms). Still, it's clean, convenient and the staff are wonderful.

Budapest City Break

Great hotel good location in Pest.5 minutes from the Danube and 2 minutes from lovely shops and restaurants.Close to Metro and Bus Stops and a 10 minute walk over the bridge into Buda ticks all the boxes for a great weekend getaway.

Excellent hotel

Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend. Cool hotel, good service and good location. Excellent customer service prior to arriving - they sent us a list of restaurants, activities and spas and made advanced bookings for us.

Nice hotel, freindly staff

Only thing that let is down was the music until late at night you could hear in the room.

Bad customer service for a hotel of this category

I stayed couple of days in this hotel. Location is great, walking distance to all the major attractions. I parked my car in the valet parking and when I checkout no one was able to bring my car so i had to go to the garage and take my car. I wouldnt expect this to happen in a hotel of this category. Other than that my room was not cleaned. I left the room 8 am and came back 1pm and still was not cleaned. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for the poor service

Your concern about our staff and customer service has already been discussed with the related department heads. I regret to learn that the usual high standard customer service we provide to each and every guest was not presented properly to you while staying with us. We are very proud to work with such a great and loyal team and I am extremely sorry that we did not presented the expected level. We have a strong policy regarding check-in process and handling the valet parking. We provide valet service from 7am to 11 pm and we inform our guests so we can prepare the car accordingly. There is a slight chance if the guest does not provide us with departure time and leaves the hotel before 7am we kindly ask them to use self-service. I do understand that our service is not 24 hours that is why the Bellboy explains the services’ opening hours in advance. I am sorry if there was any miscommunication or lack of details that led us to an unpleasant check-out experience. Regarding the Housekeeping service we provide every room with a “Cleaning requested” sign. These rooms are cleaned in priority. Housekeeping is working on the rooms until 4pm. I am sorry if you felt an early afternoon service is a bit late. Once again I apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced while staying with us and I truly hope you will grant us another opportunity in a not so distanced future to prove our service and team do have what it takes to call ourselves a 5 start hotel with 5 star service.
