Best Hotel with a Fantastic Location

We arrived early and after a long night of travelling we were so happy to hear that our room was ready at 10:00am The location is amazing and our room was large and beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed ever. I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Budapest

The hotel is nice , comfortable room , design is nice . Very new . But one thing I really can't take , it was too noise at night , one side room is close the street the car were very noise outside, then I change to other side , during the day is ok , but the bar's at street the music was too loud at night , can't sleep well !

Over priced

Pretty standard hotel and not worth the money. Definitely not like the standard of Ritz that you use to see in other parts of the world. Don't use the phone in the room if it's not an emergency , the charge for local calls is just redicoulusly high.

Nice room, not so nice housekeeping service

Pros: Restaurant, room decor, quiet.
Cons: Housekeeping service
Location: On a pedestrian shopping lane and across the street from a park with a ferris wheel. Walking distance to the Danube and most major sites.
The Ritz Carlton is a lovely, modern hotel in a central location. The common areas and our room were nicely appointed, and the restaurant was casual, including an outdoor cafe, and delicious. Our biggest issue was with the housekeeping service. When we returned to our room one afternoon, we discovered that we had no toilet paper and were left with only one towel. Comments to the Concierge and the front desk were met with apologies, but there was no real rush to correct the issues. Finally, we received what we needed, but only after a lengthy delay. I expect better at a Ritz Carlton property.

Fantastic holidays

Eventhou our trip started out like a night mare, while struck in New York for three days of our holiday.When we finally got to Budapest the staff at the hotel and the atmosphere of hotel made everything worth the wait. Well trained staff, most hotels should follow suit. Job well done , we are already looking forward to returning just because of them. Cheers

Exceptional Service and Great Experience

Absolutely perfect. They will not say "no" to you. If you want to bungee jump from the roof, they'll probably figure out a way to make it happen (if you have the money). I asked to have roses put in our room on our wedding anniversary. They not only complied, but also had french pastries and macaroons waiting too. They have late morning house keeping (not too ealry) as well as a night time service that you don't even have to ask for. Every person in the hotel rushed to open doors, take bags, or provide assistance. We had the basic room and it was very good. Absolutely no complaints. If in Budapest again we will stay here again.
