Wonderful staff and great location

Posted Sep 24, 2017
From the security officers outside, to the waiters in the restaurant, to the clerks at reception, everyone was extremely helpful. Almost everyone had a wonderful demeanor, and made me feel very welcome. I visited Baltimore for an event at the convention center, which is just across the street. The hotel parking lot (while very small for a truck to maneuver) was one of the cheapest in the area and helped greatly w our trip. Would stay again.

Thank you for your feedback Steve. Unfortunately, while the adjacent garage is convenient for our guests, it is owned by the city. Therefore, we do not have control over pricing. We make every effort to disclose this to our guests prior to their stay. Please allow me to apologize if this was not made clear to you. It is good to know that the other aspects of your stay were enjoyable. We hope to serve you again the next time you visit Baltimore.

LABOR DAY QUICKIE

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Pros: The staff were so accommodating and the Hopkins Bar and Java Café offered great food for breakfast.
Cons: Bedroom could use 2 night stands, one on either side, rather than just one.
Location: The location is within steps to the local brewery, and a nice stroll to Inner Harbor, Camden Yards, the National Basilica, etc.
We made arrangements to stay at the Days Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor Sunday and Monday nights after we purchased tickets for the Yankees vs O's game on Labor Day 2017. We arrived a bit early before check-in time and fortunately there was a room available. The entire staff, security personnel and front desk, especially Indie, couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant during our stay. Indie gave us information on parking, directions for places to visit, etc. Indie was fun and genuinely interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable. Coffee in the room wasn't' the best, but it did just fine. The one thing that will forever stick out in my mind was the breakfast we had at the hotel's Hopkins Bar and Java Café before we left for home. I had the most incredible veggie omelet I've ever had. It was so big, airy, fluffy, tasty, and chock full of red and green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. It was enough to feed 4 people! It was delicious, but so big that I had to take 3/4 of it home and shared it with my wife for dinner.
