Men wist niets af van de reservatie van een kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. Deze kamer was niet beschikbaar. Badkamer slecht verlicht en enkel een ligbad. Kamer was wel ruim maar geen aparte zitruimte. Gordijnen niet echt fris en geen internet op kamer. Eten was goed, doch geen bar waar een aperitief of digestief kon gedronken worden. Apero was aan de tafel te drinken waar men na max. 5 minuten reeds voorgerecht kwam brengen. Kregen badjassen waar riem ontbrak en na lang aandringen dan toch één riem bijgekregen (voor 2 jassen). Ook zaten er gaten in de jassen onder de mouw. Zijn in dat hotel 15 jaar geleden nog eens geweest. Blijkbaar veranderd van eigenaar/uitbater maar voor de rest NIETS veranderd, zelfs nog niet opgefrist. Wel goed zwembad en zeer goed van temperatuur. In sauna kunnen max 3 personen in en zelfs geen hoofsteun beschikbaar voor als men wil liggen. Is zeker geen hotel waar we nog zullen teruggaan !!!

Good Hotel But changed owners this year and they cant get their act together.

Location good - rooms in need of redecoration badly. Changed hands recently and things not so good. No information on anything, no notification of payment for items. Overcharged for items we had not had by E79. Charged for 3 bottles of wine on same night for dinner when we only had one drink! NO Swimming pool swipe card on door, in our opinion asking for trouble should children wonder in there, Pool appeared to be open all day and night. No information on times for meals, No information on hotel at all. Reception staff poor as they could not even check in flight for me! No one on reception most of the time, they need to buck their ideas up if they are to meet with previous owners standards. This is now a 3 star hotel. I can say that it is very clean and food not too bad which is a bonus but rooms tend to be scruffy.
