Highly recommend! My daughter and I stayed 3 nights, and were very happy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable!! Slept really well. The hotel itself is less than a ten minute walk from the station and the same distance to the old town. I would stay again!

Beautiful boutique hotel with super clean room and the location is perfect, with the Old Town just a 5 minute walk down the road and the Central Station is an easy 15-20min stroll.

Good location between old town and train station. Quiet. Reception staff lovely and friendly. Room good with comfortable bed and spacious . Good quality bathroom. Balcony small and not much room to sit. Nice roof top area with views over city. Somewhat lacking atmoshere. Bar seperate from hotel and not linked. Staff in breakfast room frosty. Was told off for turning up 15 minutes before we were told breakfast ended.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The best so far in Europe, and for the price very good value. The hotel is located in a great location, near everything in Innsbruck. Walkable to the train station and Aldstadt. The best part is the design of the hotel, it's an old medieval building that still has remnants of the past (heavy wooden doors, pillars, etc.) But has been completely renovated recently. Very large and spacious rooms. One of the best parts is the breakfast, which takes place in the basement where you go through an old door and staircase into a cool room. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the sauna, but wish we did. The only negative I can think of is the bathroom didn't seem to have a fan so the room was humid after showering. Outstanding hotel overall.

We stayed in this hotel mid week on the way from Salzburg to Lucerne. It was easy to find, parking garage was a couple of doors down and the location to the old town was ideal. The facility was clean, the room was nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The only difficulty we had was a slight language barrier. I was late getting to the breakfast buffet (arrived at 9:40 am and it closed at 10:00 am) and the staff made sure to let me know. I would have preferred not to be pressured. Overall, I would stay here again.

They managed to maintain the old alongside modern convenience. Dining area in the basement was lovely with arched ceilings and new decor. Food was excellent.

This place needs some work. No help with luggage and they should say there is no lift up to 4th floor. Good location but on main street with buses and traffic until 8pm. Breakfast was excellent and pastries to die for!

The reception staff were excellent! Check-in was quick and professional. I was made to feel welcome and the staff were very polite and helpful. There was a woman behind the counter at breakfast whose manner wasn't ideal but the lovely lady who coordinated breakfast made up for the woman's brusque and curt manner.

Old Style Austrian
Old style hotel in Innsbruck, location was close to the old town. We had a room in the loft which was old sytle Austrian, it was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with aircon and a small fridge. The breakfast room was lovely, and we had a wonderful breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay again.

A beautiful hotel!! Top notch, beginning with our check-in. The staff are nicest people I have encountered in Europe so far. The old town is a close walk. The rooms are amazing - we had a double room and it was huge! gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!!
