pleasant and convenient

Pros: room size was excellent
Cons: staff, building upgrades
Location: plenty of restaurants within walking distance, joes crab shack, longhorn steakhouse, red robin, ci ci's, golden corral and much much more.
the hotel was located close to disney and offered a free shuttle to and from the park. it is also near many shopping areas which made it easy to find a meal every day. the hotel itself need a few upgrades which it was undergoing some but was not bad at all. the room was large and neat. there is also a restaurant located in the hotel and i must say although it seemed shady, the food was excellent and i wish i went to it earlier. the pool was nice but hot tub was not working. my only concern with the hotel was the lack of staff which in any business, can cause things not to run smoothly. overall i enjoyed my stay and would go there again.

Pros: convenient, free shuttle to theme parks, feel safe to walk around,restaurant, airport close by.
Cons: more breakfast selection at least waffles and pancakes.
Location: safe and lots of restaurant.
coffee was terrible. was warm and informed staff,told us to put it in the microwave.coffee was from a day before just added hot water.

We had no hot water. The lifts on the bed we're broken, and the staff had no customer service skills. Not necessarily rude, but close.

why pay resort fee, if it is in terrible condition

This is not right place for people that likes resorts activities like swimming pool , pool bar etc.

Both beds broke... no hot water forst 2 days Broke

Worst experience of my life

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything, nothing was good.
Location: No idea, we left as fast as we could.
Arrived to a 90 degree lobby filled with angry guests. There was no AC no hot water no spa no arcade and no pool availability. The pool was closed because someone defecated in it. It took two hours to finally reach the desk at which point the female member of the hotel staff reached across the counter and attempted to punch a guest, she missed and almost struck me in the head. The staff was rude and laughed in the faces of the guests suffering in this hole. Because it was almost 2 AM by the time we checked in we stayed the night and left first thing in the morning for a better resort. They still charged us for that night, instead of crediting all our money for this nightmarish stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. By far the worst experience I have ever had in 25 years of travel.

Terrible overall experience. Check in was super understaffed. Staff was a little clueless. The room did not feel clean and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I would never stay there again.
