Never could check in

We showed up to our hotel only to find they couldn't find my reservation. Their reservation system was down and they finally found it, but said we had to wait until their reservation system was fixed. After nearly two hours of waiting in our car, I walked next door to a different hotel and checked in and stayed there.

Very Old Hotel

First, when I got to the hotel, they were not able to find my reservation. Second, the tub and bathroom door frame in the room are rusted. Third, there was so much noise at night that I had a hard time getting to sleep. And last, there were ants in the bathroom and small Cobb webs on the wall above the bed.

The photos on your website are very pleasing, but the actual appearance of your hotel is not. There is an odor in the hallway of old wood that's been painted over. The iron in the room not working properly.

Great location, but...

Pros: Location to International Drive.
Cons: Upgrade furniture and beds. And check tv anchors. My tv fell off the wall!
Location: All the best of International Drive is in walking distance!
I had many problems with my suite. A mildew smell, bad aircon, uncomfortable seating, but the location helped to overshadow the shortcomings. The cleaning staff was very helpful, maintenance always came (but couldn’t fix things) when called , and front desk staff always listened and referred problems in a timely manner. The place just needs a facelift. They already have great staffing!

Great pool and spa. Large rooms with pool view

Pros: Require English as a "FIRST" language!
Cons: Closer supervision of new employees.
Location: International Ave. is a very simple uneventful trip from the airports. Every imaginable attraction & restaurant or life-need is easily covenant.
Language Barriers; although not entirely unexpected, given the refuge situation, language was a clearly a significant obstacle to deal with, at the Orange County Convention Center Clarion. Only one counter-clerk per shift demonstrated competent English. Pool chemistry was unsuitable for pool use and my concerns could not be communicated. Even though brought to their attention; a dangerous “sparking” old fashion wall outlet (behind a curtain) remained unrepaired the entire week I was there. I could have easily been misunderstood. Maid service couldn't understand my requests for room coffee. Breakfast wasn't a good value. Phone calls to the desk remained unanswered. Wake-up call failed the 1-st morning creating a fire-storm for my initial business-day.

8 night stay for conference and some of the parks. Hotel was comfortable and convenient. WiFi access speed was okay but not great.

Pros: No drama, easy in and out.
Cons: Two things, cleaned glasses and cups, not rinsed glasses and cup. Second, only one packet of coffee.
Nice place, easy in and out and strategically located for my visit to Orlando.

Bathroom and shower was gross, toilet was tiny *didnt even know a toilet seat could be so small. Cracks in the wall.
