not up to standards

Pros: Located close to the business meeting that I was attending.
Cons: Updating needed
I checked in at 6:15pm. The front desk was very nice. My room was dated and I was given a room outside on the bottom floor. It was very noisy. The room was dated & some mold was in the cracks of the shower. I do suggest a casing for the pillows, you can see the strips. I will say the staff was excellent, front desk, restaurant & bar. Updating needed.

Pros: The facility,grounds and pool were pretty.
Cons: The rooms should be fully stocked with toilet paper. Microwave and refrig in all rooms
Stayed at this Hotel because it was where a Christmas party we attended was held. For a Doubletree Hilton Hotel I was expecting a little better more luxurious bedding not thin slightly rough blanket , and was very upset that the bathroom only had less than a half roll of toilet paper on it and no extra rolls in the room... Yes I know we could have gotten more if we had called and asked, but who wants to deal with that at midnight. We stayed in tower section and it is a separate building from where the Check in lobby area is, so there is a tiny bit of walking between the buildings. No microwave or refrig in our room. Probabley have them in the higher priced rooms. The resort fee plus an extra $5.00 was charged on my card and was told I would get the extra 5 refunded when I checked out, but at check out I was told I would get the refund to my card in 3 to 4 weeks, so hope that happens. Staff was nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean, but I wouldn't stay here again, because I can get clean room with better bedding and microwave and refrig at less expensive hotels

Clean and efficient

We were happy with our room, the two things that weren’t great was there was a strong overpowering air freshener scent in our room that stayed all night, and the other thing was from our room it was far and dark to get to the front lobby, otherwise the experience was great! Thank you

Stayed for a conference. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish. Only complainta are there was not an outlet at the bed stand and the TV remote buttons were difficult. The frounds and facility were well maintained. Otherwise, everything was good.

not a hotel its a motel

Pros: only 2 nites there
Cons: demolish & rebuild the motel buildings
Location: orlando is a grand mess of construction, best to stay on site until you leave
very aged motel buildings around a nice courtyard it appears that buildings not ada complaint

Great hotel. It is not the typical one tower hotel, instead it has different units. The restaurant Laguna is great and The Market is very affordable. The lobby always smells great and the staff always are willing to help you with your needs. The room has not enough lighting if you need to study or do some work, but the room is very comfortable and spacy.

Horrible hotel, overpriced, NO HOT WATER

Do yourself a great big favor, and never stay at this hotel. First and foremost the parking is a huge pain. You have to go through to security gate to get into any type of parking. The hotel charges exuberant resort fees. But what’s worse than any of this is that you will not have a quality well. You will not have a mini fridge, you will not have hot water. That’s right, no hot water. Apparently the hotel is called Doubletree because that feels like what you’re camping between two trees. Be my wife stay there and for the five days we were there, we only have hot water for one day. The manager offered to not charge us any of the overpriced resort fees which we agreed to. However, these thieves turned around and still charged us some of the resort fees. When I tried to call them back, the manager refused to get on the phone with me. Again stay away from this hotel it is not anywhere near a four star resort. It isn’t a one star resort, which is exactly the rating I gave it.

Hotel is very nice and in a great location. Our room was well appointed and comfortable minus the dirty wash cloth that was left in the shower and the massive amount of cobwebs and dust on the top of the wall by the ceiling. The rest of the hotel was clean with very nice amenities.

Close to Sea World

Pros: Nice location with lots to do nearby.
Location: Sea World was very close.
Very nice hotel, close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Loved the cookies!
