Nice hotel close to convention centre

Tower Suite is better than others,go check in to ask them first

Very bad experience, I don’t suggest at all

The room was supposed to be Hilton quality, but was like motel 8 . The shower water coming to toilet side , for $200/night they gave me room which no where close to the Hilton . I hope next costumers treated better.

We had to take COLD showers 3 of the 4 days.

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Water temperature for showers and air conditioning/room temperature control was inconsistent.
Location: Was at a conference but did see Cirque du Soleal
We had to take COLD showers 3 of the 4 days. This was not just a peak shower time, this was cold water shower in the mornings, afternoon and evenings.

Good location, not for a Doubletree

I was not aware the hotel rooms were outdoor rooms but my fault for not verifying that prior to booking. I could hear everything that was going on outside the doors, i was placed on the second floor (no problem) but there were no elevators. the room had no microwave of refrigerator and their were nats and some oftger bugs in the room, i was too tired to complain and after traveling for hours i just wanted to go to sleep. Other than what i mentioned above, everything else was okay. The staff was cool and front desk was very thorough and polite but due to the condition of the room i will not be going back to this location and im ill be very hesitant about staying at The Doubletree going forward.

overall a nice place to stay

Pros: the pool, the main entrance, free parking, the free cookies.
Cons: bathrooms are very small. a fridge in the room. thinner, firmer pillows.
Location: it was very close to all attractions and restaurants
I truly don't remember what I paid for the room because I booked it months ago. I was expecting a bigger , more updated bathroom. there was no fridge in the room which would have been nice because sodas or iced tea were $4 dollars a piece from the hotel. the pools were good and they had nice towels to lay on. there was no view to speak of from where our room was but it was very close to all attractions

Front desk staff was great. Room cleaning didn’t show up until about 4pm and was unable to clean because I was still in the room.

Challenges for 4 nights

Pros: Great location for me to attend a meeting at another hotel
Cons: Clean room better between guests. Consistent housekeeping process. And no bugs
Stayed at this hotel last week. As a former Hilton Hotels executive, I was really disappointed. It was a ground floor room in the low-rise section. My door was missing sufficient weather stripping I guess. During my stay I chased down and killed two roaches. Also there were dead bugs on the floor behind the chair (from when I checked in -- so 1 housekeeping issue.) A bench to sit on broke when I sat on it, but it was repaired the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day I got no cups or glasses to replace the ones I used. Another day I got all decaf coffee for the coffee service. Biggest challenge was the bugs..hard to sleep good wondering if there are more running around. Hotel did comp one night of my stay and I only paid one night of the resort fee. So they did make an attempt to make it right.

Great location and amenities

The only negative thing is that not all rooms have a fridge and thus my sixpack of beers went almost to waste as I couldn't keep them cold for 4 days. They offered to give the fridge for free as soon as it became available, which never did (I didn't expect it to happen as the hotel was full). But otherwise, it's a great hotel. I should have checked for the fridge before I bought the beers, but this is no excuse for them either.
