Disapointing

Pros: nothing
Cons: everyting
Has not been updated since built 30 years ago. Cracking floors, toilet not working, little to no electric outlets in room. Maybe an ok place for a family going to Disney on the cheap, but don't even consider it for business travel.

Would choose somewhere else

The condos are dated. The guests in the complex were loud. Lots of kids running around and playing in the pool into the middle of the night.

Floors in bathrooms and tub not clean. Carpets sticky and heat did not work

Disappointing

I've stayed at Westgate properties in the past and this one is not great. The floors in our room were sticky. The air circulation in the room was not good. It kept getting hot while we were tying to sleep. The furniture was also very worn. The staff was nice. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Don't even think about it, not good at al

Apparently there is a half service and full service .. and also the marketplace is 2 vending machines!!!

Pros: convenience to where our other family had accommodations
Cons: Make sure carpet is dry and please have someone clean the ceiling around the fan
Location: again near our family but did not explore anything else
We checked in late and the front desk clerk called maintenance to take the fan out of our room. They had cleaned the carpets and guess they should have left the fan a little longer the carpet was still wet. While sitting on the couch in the living room looked up and all around the ceiling where the fan was circulating there was a lot of dust It was an ok place to stay for a night but would not choose it again in the future

Double Booked Rooms

Lady at check in seems like she hated her job, not friendly at all. There was people coming back to front desk saying people was checked in the same room as them.It was so many people complaining about double booked rooms it made me nervous that someone might walk in my room while I'm in shower. It was scary when I walked in my room and found a hat left on couch. I ran back to front desk to report it. The next day, check out was at 10am. Now it's about 915am and I tried to re-enter my room to get my bags and the key stop working. I reported it to front desk and her answer was 10am the key stop working. I said, ma'am it's only 915 and I need my bags. She had to reset keys to allow me to retrieve my bags. Bad experience ever.

Nice hotel

evacuated south Florida because of hurricane Irma. Hotel lost power but kitchen had a gas stove! We were able to cook our food!
