Everything was very good, good breakfast, rooms, just the shuttle to the airport is so bad the schedule is not very good organized, I have to wait 1 hour at terminal 1 for them to pick me up, the parking is not at the hotel,they take you to another parking lot so is not comfortable it all!! Otherwise the hotel is very good,they have to improve in transportation.

Americinn in Inver Grove Heights is a convenient close location to family and the price per night is affordable. The hotel has received a facelift and there is some nice improvements. However, when the plumbing is leaking and soaking the carpet under and near the sink and it was very apparent no one cleaned the vanity or tub, pretty big turn off. I realize this is one person that likely didn't care about the quality of their work, but it reflects on the entire experience and business itself.

They charged me an extra $100 for a fireplace in the room that didn’t work when we got there and we tried to call the front desk and they acted like they couldn’t understand us. Very disappointed and not staying there ever again!!!

This stay was due to son in the hospital. They were accommodating with parking. Breakfast was awesome as we needed to be at the hospital early and didnt arrive back at hotel until late. Well lit parking lot.

Fireplaces dont work which they dont tell you when you book the room, there was trash and linen in the hallways because they only do housekeeing every 3 days to cut back on bills and theres literally a sign in the room that says just that, there was a accident in front of the entrance to get to the hotel so i had to park about a half mile away and walk with my belongings. Jacuzzis are very small.

The rooms (suites) were big and spacious. Had an incident happen in the hotel involving another customer (he was drunk, approached me if I wanted to drink with him and when I said no, proceeded to try and hug me). The staff was friendly and nice but the hotel, breakfast options and cleanliness was below average. Sorry! :(

The hallways smelled strongly of Marijuana and there was a hair on my supposedly clean bath towel. The breakfast buffet was horrible, the food was cold, and staff did not keep it serviced, and when I asked for more hot water for tea no one understood what I was saying due to a language barrier. The location of the hotel was decent and I felt safe. The room itself appeared clean and housekeeping was friendly.

For the money, this place is ok. Had a studio suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The tub was clean and worked well. Fireplace in the room was not working. Updated counters and room organizers with great lighting. Led bulbs. There was a hole in the closet door. Overall some things were nice and other stuff beat up
