Central hotel perfect for the purpose

Pros: Staff were friendly Convenient location
Cons: Lounge in room for the guests of 2 rooms to sit together
Location: I was there for the SIT graduation and it was perfect location
The location was great, staff friendly. We were there for a graduation and the hotel was in a great location for this

Nice hotel

Hotel was good snd comfortable but breakfast was not up to the mark. Was expecting eggs atleast.

A nice place to stay in Invercargill

Pros: Location and service
Cons: Room size is small and hardly any space to move around.
Location: Ideal location in the town.
An average facility and full worth for the rate that includes breakfast. I enjoyed staying here. It's location in the middle of the city is very convenient.

Convenient position for our visit

Pros: Breakfast was good and overall hotel was clean and quite
Cons: Our room had a bad smell which was unpleasant informed reception first morning, nothing chanced thank goodness it was warm enough to leave windows ope
Location: Location was great shopping close and Motor Bike Mecca a few shops up the street nice cafe
We enjoyed our stay in Invercargil although too short on this occasion we will be going back for longer stay. We missed several attraction which would be worth a visit.

Really convenient location

Pros: The location and the free breakfast were really good. Having an ensuite bathroom was great! Plenty of towels and toiletries - greatly appreciated.
Cons: Less noisy.Blinds that close. Bed not pushed against the wall on one side. Air conditioning. Bedroom doors in the apartment that do not have key-locks
Location: Centre of town location. Cafe's, parks, museum, shopping - all really close!
We liked the location - it was really good. The breakfast was generous and really appreciated. The 2 bedrooms were smaller than expected with the beds squashed against the wall meaning getting into bed was difficult. The room had no air conditioning and very small windows so got a bit hot and stuffy. The blinds in one room did not close so the room did not feel very private.The fridge was noisy and there was also a humming engine type noise that was audible the whole time (possibly external).

Rooms had diesel fine smell in them

The rooms have a diesel smell in them which comes out the ventation system in waves, spoke to a couple that had been there 2 years prior & They walk out due to the fumes so they still haven't fixed the problem, will someone have to die before they fix the problem. They use a diesel burner to hear the water & one 3 doors down so don't think it's that hard to work out where it's coming from.

Convenient central hotel

I stayed here twice and enjoyed both my stays. Lots of bench space with convenient powerpoints. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good wi-fi. I enjoyed the included breakfast. About 300-350metres flat walk to a supermarket. The only suggestion I can think of this moment is the windows. They leak and need replaceable. Get some replacement double glazing.
