This property is easy to find, convenient to mossy things and very comfortable to stay in. The staff are really helpful. We have stayed here several times when visiting Invercargill.

The armchairs you felt like you were sitting on the springs. Although for some people a spa would be nice but the bath was too high to get into to have a shower. Maybe offer the options to the guests. The bed was very comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback..your confirmation would have informed you it included the spa! we would have been happy to change your room if you had come across to the office!. Sorry you felt the armchairs where not comfortable they are only 3 years old and we haven't had any other complaints before. Bed is amazing this is new so very happy you enjoyed it. Thank you again.

Convenient location, nice people. But the bed was terribly uncomfortable. And that is the most important thing about where you stay.

Thank you david for your feedback, that's the first time in 5 years I have had anybody say about the beds, all reviews are the total opposite!. I see you slept in the single bed and as you are tall this may have restricted you a bit. I pride myself on the beds , the mattress are flipped and cleaned as of MF instructions all beds have feather toppers to help with comfort! I will look at both beds in this room but I know they have been replaced . We appreciate your feedback.

From the first smile at reception this motel just had the little extras that made our stay an excellent experience. The rooms were clean, equiped with everything we needed and more. Easy parking and close to shops and Queens park. Highly recommended

Bathroom Facilities
The only problem was the curtain shower . Even on the lowest pressure the water covered almost the whole bathroom floor. It was what is termed a wet floor and the outlet very close to the toilet. We had to use nearly all the towels to mop up after showering . My son Paul had another unit with a cabinet shower and of course these contain the water . I was in unit 2 (84 year) My son in unit 10. Apart from that annoying feature all else was good. Had we stayed more than one night I would have asked for another unit with improved bathroom facilities. Couldn't go through the process of having another shower next morning before leaving to travel north.

Hello Trevor...yes units 1 and 2 are open wet shower floors as they are diabled units..The shower curtain is a full circle around the shower,sadly some people turn the shower on before pulling the curtain, we have the most amazing pressure so it can spread well. The drain is in the floor to catch all water and you are supplied with 2 floor mats..Sorry you found the shower hard work .Hope the rest of your travels goes well.

Hi Karene Senior, you booked this room on line with Expedia...Your satisfaction is up most improtant to me and I told you i would love to have upgraded but the spa rooms were all occupied. As i explained the booking come in on our system in the room you choose which was a COMPACT. How you booked this and how it enters the system has nothing to do with BV...any last minute bookings are a higher price, again I will apologise that I couldnt upgrade you to the spa .
