The room was nice, however lacked shampoo & body washes, we had ants in the room too. Nice restaurant at affordable prices, with good service, however neither male or female toilets had soap, which puts a doubt into the hygiene standards. Check out time also slightly early.

The restaurant in the hotel is really excellent for lunch or dinner. The breakfast was nice but nothing hot is served except toast, etc. The rooms were very nice. Firm and comfortable beds - slept exceptionally well while there. The bathrooms are very nice but the showers are a bit small. The staff is accommodating but a bit limited. But their hospitality in the restaurant is the best.

Hotel and restaurant which focuses 99% on the restaurant. Rooms are extremely noisy with drunk restaurant guests screaming until the morning hours. Continuous complains from my side finally triggered an action to have an environment to sleep - this was at 1:20AM. When asking to speak to the responsible person I was lied to telling me that there is no responsible person. The manager apparently left and there was no supervisor available. The day after I then met the supervisor, who in fact existed and I was offered a cheap 4 Euro bottle of Prosecco as an excuse, which I denied to accept. This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.

We had an overnight stay on our road trip here. Hotel has decent breakfast and plenty free parking. Staff at the reception were nice to deal with after many hours of drivig.

Loved the hotel! Loved the staff, especially Enzo, that gave us very good service and advices!! The area and the vew is beautiful, not too far from Florence. Plenty of parking.Clean and beautiful!!

Fine hotel for a short stay
The staff was very pleasant and the accommodations were fine. The room and bathroom were a lottle small. The room was too warm (even without yge heat on ) and i was forced to crack the window. Breakfast was a well stocked and large buffet The price was very reasonable.

Clean, modern hotel
Have stayed in this hotel before a couple of years ago. Not much had changed. Friendly staff, plenty of car parking space, room was clean, very nice steel and plate glass dining area. The décor in the hotel is modern and in good condition. Buffet breakfast, which had enough choice for us was thrown in. Reasonable cost for dining in the hotel, cheaper than was typical for the eateries in the area. The food for the evening meals was very good. I really don't have anything bad to say about the place. I'll go there again next time I've business in the area.

Nice hotel with excellent seafood
Stayed here on business. Room was good with a slight leak on the window during snow melt, which was sorted quickly. Restaurant is excellent for seafood and steak, with reasonable prices and entertainment on Friday. Hotel has its own taxi for hire along with cycles that the guests can use. Handy for walking the station (600m). I will be staying here again.

best value around Lake Come
I was totally surprise by the quality and price of this hotel... and the food is excellent .. I ordered a lobster salad for 20 euro.... I got a whole lobster and it was delicious... the same could cost $30 to $40 in the State.... The room is very clean and comfortable...

Room was ok for the money. Room was clean adn tidy however, no amenities like coffee or tea let alone a water heater... Prices for mini were a bit high. The bathroom was big... Just the shower was tiny and big people are going to have problems moving in it... im 5' 7" and not very big and was Border lining. Room theme was a bit dark for my taste with deep dark colors... as far as i could see there was plenty of parking just not covered parking.... Hotel was far from Como Lake and although 15 kilometers do not sound very far, try doing that though the middle of towns and innumerable traffic circles

Nice, modern hotel though the room was a bit small. We arrived on a Sunday and they were extremely busy with the Sunday lunch rush which meant we didn't get the best service - I had to walk in to the restaurant to find someone to deal with the hotel side of things.In the usual Italian way of things the restaurant didn't open until 7pm but they turned around our room service order very quickly which was appreciated.

Modern hotel, very clean and comfortable. Little to fault it really, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was thrown in with the room, it was adequate, good choice of cold meat, fruit, cereal, pastries, bread rolls, yoghurt, juice and decent coffee. Evening meal was reasonably priced and the portions were huge. Meals and things like the minibar were all reasonably priced (e.g. 1ltr fizzy water was 0.75 euro; 500ml bottle of wine was 5 euros). Room had BBC news as only English channel. I'd go back again for another week in a heartbeat.
