A great place for a short stay in Inverness in a traditional guest house.
The room was great. I don’t like showers above a bath, but that’s me!
Great location very clean rooms comfy beds service really good staff real helpful
Very central location convenient to castle, dining and walking around.
This hotel is probably the best in Inverness and does not cost a 'bomb'. I've been using the, in one form or another, for 40 years and their standard has remained constant.
It is traditional property in a lovely riverside location. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Not much in the way of amenities. Room was not ready until late in the afternoon and the bar / restaurant was not open. Not what I expect for the premium price which was charged. It was just ok, nothing ...
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and "over-the-top" helpful. We were only planning to stay one night, and ended up staying for three. We loved this hotel and its staff!
Very comfortable, staff were very very friendly and helpful.
I like the continental breakfast .the shared shower rooms were clean
