Kinda disappointing
Room needed cleaned better, found food on the floor. Shower needs updated, from the 60's, a clamshell design. Curtains let in way to much light.

Not cleaned properly
When we got to hotel the two rooms we booked at the same time were not beside each other. Additionally there was food wrapper trash behind and underneath bed. The bathrooms smelled like a sewer pipe exploded. The floors had not been cleaned in who knows how long. One minute without socks and your feet are disgusting. I guess being a cheap hotel you get what you pay for. We have stayed here several times and it has progressively gone downhill in the last 5 years.

Very clean. Quiet. Perfect for a relaxing nights sleep. We will stay here again if we are in the area! Very nice people to check us in and the room was perfect. Cool on a hot day. The room is clean and relaxing.

My husband and I were town to work. Great place to lay our heads down. Air conditioner was cold, room was clean and front staff very friendly. We worked all night and when we were not back in the morning, the gentleman called to make sure we were okay and check in on us.

We have stayed at this property numerous times and each time we have stayed, we have been very pleased. It's extremely clean, well maintained and very safe feeling. The owner makes numerous rounds during the evening to ensure that everything is ok. It's not a real fancy motel but it's clean and well maintained.

This was a clean, safe and affordable stay for us in Chanute. The staff was gracious and welcoming. It appeared they have been making improvements to the property. We would definitely stay again.

Check in from a window and was cold. Took way to long to just copy my DL and get keys. Room advertised as 2 Queen beds however, they are actually full size. Room was clean but guest next door had tv blaring all night long. Room however was clean. Power button on heater does not work...had to unplug to shut it off.

First time ever had a bed that couldn’t sleep in. Full size bed was so worn out that only a very thin child could sleep on the edge. Would have had to ask for different room if had 4 ppl staying. Will not let them check me in that room again!

Hi Rochelle, i understand your problem that you were not comfortable with that full size double bed room because of 4 people. on that day you checked inn we didn't have 2 queen bed room available. so sorry about discomfort. so please next time reserve 2 queen bed room or call at the motel. thanks

The property is dated. There was a nearly overpowering fragrance as you entered the room and after being in the room for a bit, you could tell it was to mask the scent of cigarette smoke that still lingers. I am also not a fan of bathroom sinks in bedrooms.

Room was okay, overpriced and the bathroom and shower were pretty small. The room was large and the king bed seemed bigger than a king, although it was extremely firm and hard to sleep on.

Never got housekeeping done or offered. The hotel manager was always wearing sandals and we could see his weird feet. There was no breakfast only protein bars.

Overall it was a good stay. We had a smoking room an me being a non- smoker( my husband smokes) I could smell it when you opened the door. The tub had cigarette burns on it. I feel in my opinion it needed a really good cleaning. Ashes on the sink. The knob to the bathroom was lose. Just small things. We would stay there again.

Needs a good cleaning
Wasn't to many other guest, doesn't explain why the room was so unclean. Mirrors, microwave and cart hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
