It was a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint was that after paying for the room thru Expedia I was charged another $87 charge at the hotel for incidentals. They said it would come off in a couple of days but being charged almost double for a hotel room at the time of check-in and not be told in advance doesn't seem right. I used Expedia twice on this vacation and the other hotel only charge me $20 for incidentals and that charge came off the very next day.

Your Credit Card was only scanned for incidentals.
It was never charged by the hotel. When a debit card is used, the Credit Card companies put an authorization hold on your card, which should fall off after a few day. If it hasn't yet been taken care of, you need to contact your Credit Card company and ask them to remove the authorization hold. We apologize for the confusion. Thank you for staying with us.
