Walls seemed like they were made of paper, and doors did not have a "quiet shut" bar on them so every time someone came in/out of a their room it sounded like the building got hit by a vehicle

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we didnt like was that the hot tub was out of order and pool was very cold. My grandson lost a very expensive airpod in the couch. They called us to say they found it. We appreciate the honesty. Honesty means alot!

Front desk staff rude- unhelpful- nonexistent. The property run down and dirty. The pool and hot tub smelled and was not working and dirty. Would strongly suggest staying elsewhere!

The facility was clean, neat, and quiet. The facility is older so electrical outlets were awkwardly placed. There was one wall lamp that had excess exposed cord. We were challenged to find places to charge electronics.

Very noisy. Could hear the neighbors showering at midnight. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were odd tasting and sausage was of a cheap quality. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the gentleman behind the front desk in the morning didn't speak to us at all on check out.

The gentleman that was at the front desk in the morning was kind and helpful but the evening and night staff was rude and unhelpful. The place is just very run down for the price. We stayed 11 days and the shower was never cleaned.

Man at check in asked me questions about my service dog requesting paperwork. He was hard to understand and rude. Also we only had one cup in our room and it was used. The towel rack kept falling off the wall. The carpet was wet by the air conditioning unit. Train your employees on service dog legalities.

The woman that checked us in was extremely nice, thorough, and informative. Our room was very clean except for some mold on showerhead. Our washcloths were stained with someone else's makeup. The pool was decent. The coldest pool I have ever been in. I signed up for The Wyndham Rewards. Had directions from woman who checked us in to collect my Wyndham Card upon checkout. I called for someone at the front desk. I told him I needed my card. He told me I didn't need it. I asked why she told me to collect it. By the time he agreed to come I was upset and left. Continental breakfast was nice to have as well. Overall the hotel was pleasant. Short drive to lake and attractions.

Overall a comfortable stay - a few things lacking
We were glad to have a good experience inside in Spirit Lake as we were originally going to spend the evening at an outdoor concert but the weather thought otherwise. We had great breakfast, excellent coffee. The screen on the window was not good but the window was closed due to the rain and coolness of the evening. The freezer needed defrosting and one door shelf was missing. We were thankful for the swimming pool, the great breakfast, comfortable staff. Thank you Sid and team.

The service was wonderful. The only surprise was that it only offered a continental breakfast. Christina, the person that checked us in, could not have been nicer and informative. After traveling across country she was a blessing to us.
