One of my rooms had dirty sheets and instead of fixing it, they handed me sheets. Also the next morning proceeded to tell me that because I booked thru Expedia then they don’t care about what happened and can do nothing about curing their mistake. I made this reservation a month ago, I’m confused at to why they couldn’t provide fresh sheets upon arrival when I did not even check until 10:30, which I called three days prior and informed them of my late arrival. They also have construction going on everywhere in the building and no warnings of that on their website. Other than that the pool was clean but their vending machines are empty which isn’t good considering there is nothing open in this town past 9pm.

Stayed with my 2 kids and we absolutely loved the fact that the pool was open until midnight. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Beds were comfy and I slept amazing! Was very quiet at night- not the usual noises like at other hotels of doors slamming and kids running up and down the hallways. I will definitely be staying there again! I do wish they provided breakfast, but oh well.

This motel comes off as super cheap. They didn’t even have any of the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. They were in the middle of remodeling and the paint and equipment was left everywhere. It’s good for if you’re just staying the night. But I think it’s only worth like a $50 stay.

I liked everything about this place except the pool/hot tub was down when we stayed which was a bummer for us but other than that it was great. You need a keycard to get in the front door which was a cool safety feature. Clean bathrooms and beds. Nice fireplace in the lobby

The king room with hot tub was nicer than we expected. Generally clean. The rest of the hotel was falling apart. The side of the hotel the had the double queen rooms was separated by a door. Immediately, the scent of air freshener plug-in is overwhelming. The paint and plaster on the lower walls was peeling, and there is a distinct odor of urine. The staff was nice, they did smoke cigarettes outsode the entrance. I would not recommend for asthmatic or health sensitive people.

My room was clean and relatively spacious. The staff at the desk were courteous Everything worked in my room. In general, those things were fine. But there were some unusual things. Biggest, was the hotel fire alarm went off at 5:00 a.m. Not a fire, but a significant inconvenience. No harm came to anyone, but guests all cleared out of our rooms. A few guests waited outside in the 35 degree temps. Not an emergency, thank goodness. Still, it took about 20 minutes to get someone who knew how to shut the alarm off. Training error on management, in my opinion. Hot tub. Warm-ish one night, lukewarm the next. Too cold to enjoy. Room itself--I agree with one reviewer's observations that there aren't enough outlets. I had to unplug their clock radio to have an outlet to charge my phone on on the night stand. Only one lamp on one of the night stands, nothing on my side of the bed. Also, possibly the smallest, least comfortable pillows of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I routinely bring my own pillow from home. If I had not done so, would not have been able to sleep with the ones on the bed. I can't say I'd never stay there again, as the location is convenient in the small town where my family is located, but I will have to keep my expectations low.

Dirty floors, stuff falling off of walls. Tiny tv, horrible wifi in the room. No drinks allowed in pool area. I wanted to just sit and have a drink watching my kids in the pool and they wouldnt allow any drinks in the pool area. Ive never been to a pool where i couldnt take a couple cans of high noond in and just relax.What kind of relaxing can you do just sitting there? I womt stay there again.

We booked at this property based on the review of "wonderful". It is a far cry from wonderful - the room was not clean by any standard, there were stains on the rug, and I would not even go near the recliner that was in the room as it was filthy.

The hotel was great for a family overnight stay. Some updates could be made but overall, very enjoyable and the staff was friendly. Some things I expected such as shampoo in the room and towels in the pool area weren't in place but they may have been available. (I didn't ask.) Pool and hot tub were a great addition! I'd stay here again in the future.

This hotel has gone downhill...
This hotel has really gone downhill. We've stayed here in years past. Since last year it has changed to Motel 6 from America's Best. I understand they may be going through some remodeling, but the carpet was not even vacuumed in our room. Little specs from the hallway wallpaper being torn down.

The young couple that just purchased the property are doing fantastic!!!! We would definitely come back again! Kids loved the pool!

This hotel is ridiculous. The entire second floor has paint and drywall or something coming off the walls. Looks like water damage that they have to fix. When we first opened the room door, we were so overwhelmed by a strong strong chemical scent or something that filled the entire room. Had to open all windows and turn on fans and still couldn’t handle it until a few hours later when we came back. One of the nights we stayed we were woken up by the fire alarms going off. Not once. Not twice. But three different times they went off and this was all at 3am! The first time “they fixed it”, waited 30 minutes until someone showed up and shut them off. Everyone went inside and about 5 minutes later they went off again. Had to stand outside for another 30 minutes until a fire truck showed up and someone got out and shut it off. After everyone went back into their rooms the alarm went off again about 5 minutes later and was a short time that time. When asked what was going on, the response was that there is a moisture issue. Based off of everything we’ve seen and experienced, I can guarantee you that there is mold or something growing in that dump. The pool was closed 2/3 of the time as they had chemical issues with it. This place is someplace I literally would never recommend unless you need a cheap cheap place that allows pets. (No issues with the pet staying or anything)
