We paid extra for an oceanfront room and the wifi was out. The person at the desk assured me that they were working on it. This is day one of 5. Every morning for the next 4 days I would have the same conversation with the same person they are "working on it." Why not just come out and say there is no Wi-Fi in this building and let people know that prior to booking. That's a pretty big deal you only find out about once you arrive. Fun check out and had a full discussion about the situation and the person said that they've had several IP people in looking at it but nobody can figure out what's wrong. As if that is an explanation for an oceanfront hotel as the summer season begins?!?! On a lesser note but still pretty serious, the refrigerator in our room did not function upon entering. The season is just starting???? I did complain and they were fairly prompt in having it removed and replaced with one that didn't function. I guess the point is if your opening for the season why not check these things ahead of time so that your guests are not left inconvenienced and forced to wait in the room for a repair person to come up and fix a refrigerator. Then again, considering the lack of urgency to fix the wi-fi I guess one should take it all in stride. Or not.

The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice). The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

WE DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THERE WOULD BE A VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM!! THE VIEW WAS BREATHTAKING, BEING SO CLOSE TO THE LIT UP FERRIS WHEEL AT NIGHT. WE WERE IN WALKING DISTANCE TO OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANTS. THERE WERE MORE TV STATIONS THAN MOST HOTELS HAVE. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!

We did experience one disappointment during our stay — finding mouse droppings in the bathroom. Once we brought it to the hotel’s attention, the staff addressed the issue promptly and ensured the area was cleaned thoroughly.Aside from that, the ocean view, the spacious condo layout, and the in‑room amenities were all excellent. We genuinely enjoyed our time and appreciated the comfort and atmosphere the property provided.

Room was great- plenty of space and the mini kitchen was a plus. The location was perfect. We had a view of the beach. Parking was about a block away but there was an area to load and unload the car. Staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. You can hear everything in the halls outside your room and in the rooms next to you, but overall it was great and would stay there again.
