Very Restful

I really enjoyed the level of comfort and was able to get the rest I needed after days of preparing to move and moving. Also, I loved the convenience of the appliances and the nearby stores that kept me from having to leave the room so much. I was really exhausted. Thank You for making it easy for me.

Don't stay here

No trash can Door broken AC water soaked the carpet & flooded room I reserved non smoking & got a smoking room. Staff was amazing- hotel was just bad

I had ordered a handicapped room but got one upstairs. The receptionist lady was very nice to me. I really liked this place otherwise

Kind of dumpy

Pros: The staff were very nice and did their best to resolve the issues.
Cons: remodel the interiors
Location: Great location
The room was dumpy and the air conditioner didn't work. We had to move at 9 pm to another room because it was horribly hot.

Good location for Laguna area

Pros: location
Cons: replace mattress on sofa sleeper, clean the room and remove smoke smell
Location: The Pageant of the Masters
The hotel is in a great spot for the Laguna area. The sofa sleeper was not usable and that was a bit disappointing. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it really smelled like it had just been smoked in.

Dirty

The TV didn't work, it didn't appear that the sheets had been changed the room smelled musty and Dusty the bathroom floor had not been cleaned in a long time the stove was disgusting we stayed five minutes and changed hotels

Would not recommend.

Location: Find something to do to stay out and away from this hotel.
I would not recommend this motel. It's very dingy and dirty. The grounds are sticky, garbage over flowing, dishes on the ground for days. Even the coffee creamer in the lobby in sitting on top of a dirty sticky black stand. I am not sure what type of people or groups were coming in late at night for our last two nights but it was awful. I witnessed a homeless woman leaving the parking area/stars one early morning. I would have never stayed our 5 nights but was told I couldn't get a refund. Due to being in the OC for a tournament I really had no choice. I will plan better next year and NOT book this motel or use Expedia. It's was very dated and dirty in the room. For the amount of money I had to spend for 5 nights it was just ridiculous. Especially for OC. Linens were stained, bathroom floor looked like it was never cleaned after last guests. Hair and urine at the base of the toilet. Toilet ran all day and night, bathroom sink dripped all day and night. Light switches were filthy. The outlets near the counter top were so loose I was afraid to use it. This motel is obviously pet friendly as we saw many different dogs. I am a dog lover but not a lover of dog poop and pee in the bark all around the parking area and rooms. Sun baked dog poop smells awful! When I told the desk clerk about the garbage and dishes on the ground for days she didn't seem to care and said "someone will clean it up today" all while she was visiting with an adult woman and a small child in the lobby.

Disgusting mold and mildew

Pros: Nothing. Period. Nothing.
Cons: Management is terrible. The physical condition of the rooms is terrible. Somebody should be fired. Maybe lots of somebodies should be fired.
Location: It's in the Irvine Spectrum Lots of stuff to do and restaurants. Just don't stay here
We arrived at 3:30. Our room was not ready. We waited over an hour and our room was still not ready. We left and came back about 9:00 pm. The room (#267) smelled of mildew and mold. The Wi-Fi did not work, so I called tech support and they said it was a system outage. I pulled the cushions off the sleeper couch and found disgusting mold and mildew on the cushions. I called the front desk and they were reluctant to do anything about it, like find us another room or another hotel. I took photos and asked if they could come see it in person. They couldn't find us another hotel. We handed the keys to the front desk person and said we couldn't stay there. If this is the usual, acceptable standard of housekeeping, wow. It's not like this was unnoticeable. I think it was well known to management. They didn't act surprised at all, and they didn't do a thing to try to resolve the situation. We had to find our own new hotel and drove to two other hotels looking for a room. I've tried getting in contact with guest relations for three days. Finally, after being on hold for 58 minutes I got through, That says it all, I emailed them the photos, Who knows whether they will do anything. Never stay here. Ever. Never stay at this chain. Ever.
