I felt very safe, temperature check, I disinfected the room at my arrival for peace of mind but not at any time did I feel unsafe. I Did not encounter many people and that was really good. Overall a great experience. Breakfast could of been better or maybe a non-dairy option would be helpful. And the room service menu was good I ordered pizza it was great!

    From friendliness to cleanliness to communication, this experience FAR exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were excellent, ready upon my early arrival and felt very clean! If I could give 11 stars for the staff and grounds, I would. Hyatt House is now at the top of my list for stays and recommendations. I'd like to extend a personal and direct THANK YOU to the staff for their professionalism and attentiveness AND for just straight up working through this global pandemic with dedication and fantastic attitudes!
