Overcharged

When arriving at hotel, hotel adding $60+ to stay making it almost $400. Did not understand that there was technically 2 adults. And working at a hotel I know you can not change stuff on third parties reservations.

No hot water at 7am

Even a cheap hotel should have hot water. ..this was unacceptable. Didn't have time to file a complaint.

I apologize for your inconvenient experience. The property has multiple water heaters which have all been working so I will have to look deeper into what issue may have occurred. Please consider giving us a second chance and staying at the Days Inn Irving once again.

worth the money you spend

Pros: location
Cons: cleanness and the breakfast
Location: location was perfect to me
good but not great. The location was almost the one that i had in my mine but the cleanness was not the thing that you can be proud of.

Worst night sleep

The hotel is located next to a trucking yard so the location is shady. The cleaning crew cleaned the room above us at 4am and were extremely loud. The room just felt dirty. The front desk crew were extremely nice and helpful. They were the only thing nice about the hotel. I would not return.

Dingy hotel

Cons: Cleanliness, more lighting
Run down, creepy at night. Areas not well lit. Dingy rooms.

It was my worst nightmare. My entire luggage got stolen while I was unloading in the parking lot. I am still waiting on a reply from the officer. The front desk refused to show the video to the officer and did not help the situation in any way. They were not comforting. I had to get my refund back and left the place the very same night.

I truly apologize for your experience. As a result, Days Inn Irving has added more LED lights and increased our security. The video footage is in a secure area where only authorized personnel can access, which is why the employees were not able to show the video. I apologize once again for your unfortunate experience.

Not a good location

Internet images false, not around anything no hot water for morning shower.

I apologize for your experience. We have two boilers on the property so I am not sure why you got cold water for your morning shower, I will definitely look into this issue. Thank you so much for making me aware of it! The location is great for people whom want to go to different cities in the area.
