Nice room , but they didn't clean the day between. We stayed two nights

Very old facilities - in need of maintenance.

They advertise complimentary breakfast but they serve hardly anything for breakfast.

The property was renovated a few years ago which meet and exceed the guidelines. Please let me know what facilities you are talking about that are in need of attention so we can be sure to get it fixed.

The gunfire was my main problem. Other than that the hotel served its purpose.

Waited 45 min. for rollaway@ 3am after flightdelay

Pros: Close to airport. Good value- poor service. That's it. It will not let me post this unless I add more words...
Cons: Staff not trained well. Called ahead to make sure rollway bed would be in room after finding out we had a flight delay- they said no problem- it would be there. We did not arrive to the hotel until 3am. There was no rollaway bed ready. We waited 45 minutes for the night shift guy to figure out what a rollaway bed was. He had to look it up on google (did not speakEnglish very well). He had to text the maganger several times. Finally- we got to our room and waited again. Had to call the front desk after 45 minutes to finally get someone to bring the rollaway bed.

My sincerest apologies. Many people do not request rollaway beds anymore which is why my staff was unfamiliar with it. Thank you for making me aware of this, I will be sure to train all of my staff as to what all equipment is and where it is placed for customer convenience when requested. Please consider staying at the Days Inn in Irving on your next trip in the area.

I don't know if it's close to beach but I like it.

Pros: Close proximity to hospital,city center and airport.
Cons: The room could be a little bigger given. 2 double beds.
Location: Lots can be done given the location, unfortunately there on an emergency,
It served the purpose of our stay; close to hospital and city center.

Leave nothing in Your Car

Hotel desk staff were friendly enough and the cleanliness of the room was okay. My only real issue was the fact that my car was broken into and the two cameras that would have seen who did it were broken or the hotel had them turned off. I would have never recovered the contents but it would have been nice to have given the police some info. I think that whoever did it had to have known that the cameras were broken or not working (?). The police also said that the camera quality on those working were poor. On a positive note, the hotel clerk did comp the two rooms I had. Get your security system working Days Inn

room was clean, breakfast was great 1 with construction in the area it was hard to access but we will stay again.

I NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL BECAUSE WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE, SHAPE, EVERYTHING!! AND THEY NEED TO RETORNED MY MONEY BACK !!
