One star hotel priced like a three star hotel

1st floor rooms in horrible condition. Numerous door frames in dilapidated condition. Open exposed holes in walls. Two different but very bulky ac units with damaged controls. Heavy machinery operated all hours of night on other side of wall. Was moved to second story room next day. Somewhat less damaged condition. Had microwave but no fridge. Old style large tv set in one room. No drain plug in bathtub. Very pushy room service person had to be told 'no thank you' three times. Down the walkway another tenant operated an illegal and very smoky canister style barbq device, creating a choking and safety hazard for other tenants. Numerous unsupervised youth and children create safety hazards for other tenants. I reported all of these issues to front desk but nothing was done. Going back to Motel 6 next time. Priced the same but much better experience.

Room smelled when went inside. No washcloth. Sunk in couch when I sat down. Asked front desk to put bulbs in bathroom, because light didn't work. They said they would Got back from dinner and bulbs were not replaced. Stink subsided after ac was on a few hours. Will never go back there.

I booked online and when I got to the hotel it was run down. I got my key went to the eoom and it was dirty and the comforter that they had on the bed was wet so I went to the office to let them know she gave me another room to go look at that room was dirty as well so after about 10 rooms I finally got a half decent one. Two of the rooms that I looked at the beds were up against the walls looks like somebody was taking the room apart and another room look like somebody just left and left their dirty towels everywhere the bed covers was pulled back. Kids were running outside until 2 in the morning people just hanging outside drinking and being loud. I had paid for two nights and rhe fist morning I was there they came to my door telling me that I needed to check out didn't speak hardly any English so I had to call up to the office to see what was going on and then they realized that I had paid for two nights. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in never again. I did not even know how they are still in business because I know they cannot pass a health inspection. Hotel.com if I was you I would take them off of your listings. Makes me think twice when I rent on hotel.com now.
