Unexpected Surprise

Booked this hotel about 2 weeks before I traveled not knowing what to expect. I was wonderfully surprised. We had booked the family room and he didn't disappoint. There aren't many rooms as big as the family room in Munich for such a reasonable price. The location was fantastic and getting around the city was very easy from there. The restaurants nearby are worth a look as well. We will definitely be going back to Munich and hopefully staying here again.

Pretty hotel in nice location

Great hotel in a nice and convenient part of Munich. Room was clean, friendly service, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a little hot in the room and the mattress could have been a bit better, but overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Nice hotel

We had a very nice stay at the end of our travels. Stayed 2 nights and it was centrally located.

Pleasant Stay

Nice hotel, easy to find. The restaurant, Shane's Kitchen which is in the hotel is not to be missed. Room was very clean, but the bathroom was boiling hot and we couldn't figure out how to adjust that. Otherwise it was very comfortable.

Rude personnel

Horrible intro into München. Rude and inconsiderate front desk man. He couldn't get my CC to swipe so he told me I didn't have any money! No hello, no thanks, no appreciation whatsoever.

Great for an longer stay

Two bus connections to downtown within a few yards walking, subway a little further. Walk to downtown (Marienplatz) within 30 minutes. Want to go for a walk along the river Isar, just step out the door... Comfortable bed, desk area, big closet, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink, glasses, plates, silverware, pots, etc), good size bathroom. Supermarket next door, so the missing breakfast room of the Hotel isn't really an issue. Plenty of restaurants around.

Nice hotel shame about the breakfast

Hotel was great overall but the breakfast was poor. As they have a great (expensive) restaurant for dinner and I had high expectations but was sadly disappointed.

Clean but a bit old

We stayed for three nights in one of the standard business rooms. It was nice and clean but the furniture was a bit old. Parking at the hotel extremely expensive. But the location is great, close to the Isar.

okay stay

hotel seemed a good distance from oktoberfest but once there, it was pretty far from it. it is a great hotel but not to stay during oktoberfest. Breakfast was decent. A/C, heater and wifi worked great. I did NOT like the piece in the shower which is supposed to keep water from going to the floor, was short and water would still go all over the floor

Well managed hotel close to the Isar River

Pros: It's location
Cons: Nothing in particular.
The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the busy central retail area of the city. It is close to the attractive Isar river which is great for walking. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
