The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The first room I got smelled like fried fish and the heater did not work, which resulted in changing my room. The location is not great if you are staying for fun. My room looked into an abondaned building.

Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable (I got a room with a bed and not just sofa bed). Some of the repairs, such as tap fittings were a bit slap-dash.

Grenoble 2016

Pros: Location and comfort.
Cons: Shower was a little awkward, but nothing that couldnt be figured out.
Location: Located near restaurants, trolley, train station, downtown.
We were spending Thanksgiving in Grenoble visiting our son who is studying at GIM. The hotel was located near the school, trolley stop, and downtown. Comfortable suite for my husband, daughter, and me. Beautiful views of the mountians from the balcony. Easy access to everything. Would stay again.

Nice location but needs to be fixed up.

The room was hot! A/C would not work. Even leaving windows wide open in late October was not enough to overcome the heat. Room was in serious need of renovation. Some rotted wood window sills, etc.

After my arrive, there was no shower gel, so I asked for refill but they replied that they only can give me on next morning but they never refill it in my 10 days stay. ( I don't ask again because I bought it myself). Even they had make the room once a week, but leave the shower gel empty! When I asked for changing towels, they gave me only one and leaving the used towels in the bathroom. I have to change room after 10 days but the second one have smell of smoke (it should be smoke free room), but they don't have room for me to change. I asked for a electric kettle, which they have in the previous room, but they said on more!

The visit allowed convenient access to the conference facility as well as the tourist attractions of the area.

I moved into a room with an unclean fridge. A replacement room was provided but the lights weren't working in one of the rooms. Also, no service available meaning I had to move rooms with luggage myself and no one to address room issues. Apart from the above, the room was alright.

Nice Hotel
