This was, hands down, the best hotel I've ever stayed at for the price. Seriously, I've stayed in run down booths in scary neighborhoods and ritzy hotels in the middle of NYC. This place was the best. Yukatas to wear around provided, a beautiful onsen-style bath house on the top floor, the vending machines were well stocked, the place had ritzy amenities like a dark relaxation room, massage area, etc. A panoramic view of Kanazawa from the top floor, and a lot of helpful included things: hair brush, slippers, tooth brush, etc. The bedroom had a small private soaking tub as well if you didn't feel like going to the big production on the 14th floor. The bed was a little harder than I'm used to, but since my bed at home is on the hard side it was fine for me. A 20 minute walk from the station, you can also catch a bus fairly close to it. A lot of cheap stuff to eat around, and Kanazawa is the best place to rent bicycles at in Japan! So for 200Yen a day you can bike to the place, drop your bag off, and explore around! It was amazing, and I am definitely going to stay in the APA chain again when I go back to Japan.
