Central

Posted Dec 18, 2016
Standouts were the helpful staff (although some had problems with English) and the 'natural hot spring baths'. Room was not large but efficiently laid out and clean. For unclear reasons there was a large 'massage chair' .... Fun to try but not really needed and took up a lot of space in the room. A few steps from he train station which is the jumping off point for most places, so conveniently. Enteral.

Nice hotel close to station

This hotel is very close to station with just five minutes walk. The staff at reception are nice and helpful. Good ramen and spa free of charge. Would stay at this hotel in next stay.

Hotel near the main train station with hot spring

Posted Sep 26, 2016
Pros: Hot spring
Location: Located near the station and big shopping mall with restaurants.
The hotel has a big hot spring 40 deg C, and it's free too. Self laundry service, free washer and coin-operated dryer with a small fee.

Close to train station

Posted Jul 25, 2016
The hotel was easy to find just a block from the train station. Easy to take loop bus from there to most tourist areas. Could drop off luggage before 3pm check in and also leave after check out which helped maximize what we could see. Only glitch was crowded breakfast room. God to wait 10 min to get in. Nice Ibsen!

Walking distance to the train station.

I like the reasonable price for clean room, the "Ofuro"bath house, the washer and dryer availability, and the breakfast buffet option. The hotel was close to not only train but also the bus station.

Best Budget hotel on this trip.

Posted Jun 9, 2016
Pros: Good size rooms, convenient, good service, and an onsen.
Location: Handy for train and bus station. Buses handy all round town.
New design with larger rooms than the usual budget hotel. Nice Onsen on the top floor, breakfast usual buffet style but enough to fuel up for the day. Very handy to the Railway station and bus station. There are loop buses that go round the town and are convenient for most attractions. Lots of eating places close by: the shopping centre next door has a floor of restaurants on 6F with something to suit everyone.

Very close to Kanazawa Station - 14th floor hot spring and sauna was excellent. Breakfast on the first floor was excellent as well, lots of selection and better compared to some other dormy inn's in other parts of japan. The only negative was that the room only had a shower, no tub so if you wanted to soak you had to go upstairs to the 14th floor hot spring.
