Amazing staff, Javier, Gabby our butlers, Ruben at Pez Dana, and Sebastian at the rooftop sunset bar and pool left us with the best experience! The pools were great! And the restaurants for dinner were really good and the buffets. Thank you for an amazing experience! "

"Excellent customer service from everyone, and I wish I could mention everyone but I didn’t wrote down their names. The property is super clean, food was great and especially the steak house. Very good entertainment and the cleaning lady was super friendly and kind. I remember her name because she wrote ut down for me. Dalila was amazing and always left my room in excellent condition. " Family-friendly and stress-free stay. We had a wonderful stay at Riu Costa Mujeres Cancun with our family. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we had no major issues. The rooms were always clean, and the resort layout made everything very convenient. It’s especially great for families—there’s a kids’ area with a water park/kiddy pool, and we were able to use the kids’ club (RiuLand), which gave us some quality time as a couple. The food was very good, especially breakfast, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool. The nightly shows were fun, although we didn’t get to attend all of them. The only thing to note is the laundry service—you just need to send items early enough before departure to get them back in time. Also, professional photos are available and beautiful, but a bit pricey. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. "

"A great hotel with great staff! Food at the buffets was delicious with a good variety. The staff also make the Majestic Elegance an amazing hotel to stay at. Special thanks to the animation team for the fun, entertaining events that they work so hard on putting together. Krystel from guest services looked after us during our stay with check ins every day to see if we needed anything and provided us the list of events for the day. Pao and Mana from the animation team taught us some Spanish and were very friendly. The bartenders were also fantastic with the drinks they made. My family and I will be back. "

"Everything is top notch , only concern that there is not enough chairs on the beach , if you not taking your seat at 7 am you out of luck , main pool is the same , there is room for more chairs umbrellas on both , had to wake up early to get a spot , super inconvenient "
