En cuanto llegue a Playa del Carmen se comunicaron a mi cel para decirme que el aire acondicionado habia tenido un desperfecto,por si deseaba cancelar,o de lo contrario si decidia continuar con mi reservacion o me cobrarian un porcentaje de descuento. a los dos dias que llegue ya estaba funcionando el aire a la perfeccion.en verdad agradezco la honestidad de la persona que se comunico con migo, todo el personal muy amable. el hotel queda caminando a 4 minutos de la playa ,se encuentra en un lugar muy centrico
