Uncomfortable beds, minimal daily cleaning, every request (e.g., for an extra pillow, to have access to the printer to print our itinerary which they requested from us) was replied with a "Try back tomorrow." Overcrowded pools and breakfast buffet. Dishes not clean. Internet access overpriced, as was the room rate for the quality of the hotel.

Not impressed

We booked for 2 nights and only stayed for 1. The hotel lobby looked 4 star and the rooms looked 2 star. The area the hotel was in was like a ghost town, 2 bars 2 restaurants only on the sea front and that was it for miles! Thoroughly disappointed and will never go back.
