Friendly and obliging staff, lovely breakfast clean and quiet
Great location, comfortable beds, very clean hotel room. Friendly staff. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again
Really Impressed with staff. Very caring and great service
The hotel was warm, comfortable and welcoming and in our short time there the staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast room has a beautiful views looking out to sea and the breakfast itself was very good with lots of choice. Our room was a little tired but spacious and warm. The hotel is ...
You could hear the sea leading the show all night. Lovely sunrise views and strolls or longer walks right from reception.
Hotel staff were helpful - I was arriving on the last flight in from AMS and the hotel staff stayed up late to help me check in. Room was as advertised and in a decent condition. Breakfast was superb and totally worth the five quid or so extra. Decent view of the canal as well.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great B&B in good location. Our daughter loved her separate room with her own TV. Very safe and comfortable. Thanks!
Shanklin is a beautiful little coastal town, enjoyed by many vacationers. Very hilly and scenic, a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Lots of good places to eat. There are pathways down the cliff to the beach but there is also an elevator to take you down. We had a beautiful walk along the beach to the ...
Good views, nice gardens, helpful and friendly staff. Very enjoyable.
A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, with outstandingly helpful and friendly staff.
Everybody in the hotel has been so friendly and professional.
We had a short break here to recharge our batteries. It's nicely located a short, though steep, walk to the front. The town is a 10 min walk away and Salma, the proprietor, is lovely! We had a lovely comfortable stay.
From the moment we arrived we felt valued. Room was large and airy with a wonderful view of the Solent. The staff couldn't do enough for you even though they were rushed off their feet with Christmas parties. Minor mishaps soon sorted out (I left my phone charger behind) without any fuss. We even ...
The staff couldnt be more helpful or welcoming! My two children loved the pool and literally spent hours in there. The rooms were cleaned everyday and all very generous in size. Breakfast was very well done and was made fresh to order. Literally can not fault this hotel and we have stayed in quite ...
From the time we arrived to the time we left, Andy and Jo's hospitality was first class. Welcoming, inviting, friendly and warm. The room was spacious and contained all the facility's you would expect of a high end accommodation. Really first class and on our list for a re-visit.
Very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable, fresh and tasty food for breakfast. Definitely recommend.
As Sandown was my home base for my visit to IOW, I couldn't have chosen better. A two-minute walk from the train station, Chad Hill is on a quiet street about five minutes from the beach. The hosts were lovely, breakfast was nice and the room comfortable. My only complaint I that the shower lacked ...
Enjoyed our stay. Staff very helpful. Would recommend.
This was our first ever family trip to the isle of white and have to say that the hotel was in a great location right on the seafront opposite the pier. It's an older hotel but with lots of charm. It meet all our family needs the room was great with sea views, the staff were extremly helpful and ...
