Welcome to Casa Lago, our luxury holiday home in Balcones del Lago, Istan.

This spacious air-conditioned flat is built on one level and has direct access from all rooms to the beautiful large covered terrace and the private fenced garden, where you will find an outdoor sofa with armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

This luxury holiday home in Balcones del Lago consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a large terrace with private garden and two communal pools.

At the entrance you will find the spacious and well decorated living and dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen with sea views from the sofa.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, a TV table and a smart TV which is connected to high speed internet, so you have more than 2,000 international channels in all languages as well as access to a Netflix account.

The dining room has a glass table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, oven, induction hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter machine, toaster, blender, microwave and a kettle.

The high quality 180x200 Boxspring beds ensure the perfect rest on your holiday, you will find them in every room.

The master bedroom also has a dressing room with many built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub with screen, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bidet and shower.

We provide bed linen and bath towels, so you only need to bring your personal items to our holiday home in Balcones del Lago. For a small extra we provide you with beach towels.

There is also a small laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

This holiday home also has a private parking space in the garage, to which you have direct access from the flat.

Guest access

The community is residential and very quiet. It has 2 large swimming pools and a children's pool, all fenced. It is also surrounded by countryside, so it is ideal for long walks. In the communal pools there are no sun loungers, so in the flat you will find 2 folding sun loungers for the pool and/or the beach and also beach towels.

We will always be available for any questions before, during and after your stay for anything you need!

Property was as advertised.
We enjoyed the flat and the staff of Homewatch where very good indeed. The weather was fantastic never had it so hot before. One thing to note for Homewatch is that we dont think the aircon is working too well. Overall would go back as the dog loved it also.

Un apartamento precioso y una atención inmejorable
El apartamento es precioso, decorado con buen gusto y con un diseño actual y moderno. Todo está muy limpio y en perfecto orden. Hay mil detalles que hacen la estancia más cómoda, como un cajón lleno de paños de cocina, un cesto con mantas para el sofá o palas para jugar en la playa. Las camas son increiblemente altas y cómodas y toda la ropa de hogar está limpia y planchada. Además, Felicitas estuvo pendiente durante todo el fin de semana para que no nos faltase nada. Tuvimos su teléfono móvil disponible durante las 24 horas y nos comunicamos por WhatsApp un montón de veces. Muy recomendable este apartamento.
