Small hotel. Elevator only enough for one person and you have to take stairs most of the time. Bathroom a little old. Location is good tho

The rooms are slightly dated but very clean and tidy. The staff were fantastic and would help with any requests. They really are a credit to the hotel.

The staff at the hotel are a real credit. Friendly and approachable and willing to go over and beyond. They arranged pick up and drop off to/from the airport. The communication was great even before we got on the plane, keeping us informed via WhatsApp. The staff are available 24hrs too. Another great point is the actual location of the hotel. It is walking distance from all the major attractions such as Hagia Sophia mosque, blue mosque, the grand bazaar, the Egyptian bazaar and the basilica cistern. My only gripe would be the actual condition of the hotel. It’s clean but looks worn. Paint chipping, holes in the wallpaper etc.

Good location for tourists exploring. Every attraction were nearby. Hotel service was excellent, staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was served with many options. I would recommend to people who are new and have little time to go around the attractions.

Arden City hotel was amazing! We absolutely loved staying here, it's so close to major attractions like the mosques and bazaars were all walking distance and the hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet. Since it's on the corner of the street also was very easy to grab an uber or taxi. The front desk staff are so amazing and nice, we love how helpful they were! The terrace rooftop area is great for views of the city. We loved the complimentary breakfast they had so many options and all were delicious. The rooms were very spacious and clean, housekeeping was very thorough.
