A pleasant stay in a comfortable room.
Ascot is a great hotel in a central area and easy to reach. The staff are very friendly and the room was clean and good value. The shower in the room was excellent. I’d stay again if on a budget.

Mostly good, and very nice people. However, I did have one issue; I had agreed in advance with the hotel to check out late, but then they asked me to leave before the agreed time.

The staff was amazingly friendly. I liked the room and amenities that room had. The pool was amazing. I particularly liked how the pool was like hidden. It gives some privacy that felt secure. Thank you.

Staff is kind and friendly, very good intentions they have. Renovation is nicely done, cleaning can be improved. Pool is a plus, still the Rainbow Cafe should be open asap. Breakfast is convenient, island jams are great. Thank you for the cozy stay, hope to be back ;)

Hotel was ok with a nice pool, but they do not speak english. And despite paying for breakfast, coffee is NOT included. You have to pay seperatly for that. When I complained about it, I was told I could have the coffee for free if I promised Not to write a review about it. Basically trying to buy me for not writing bad about the hotel. So bottom line is a nice hotel but I would never come again due to coffee not included and trying to

Amazing place for a weekend getaway! Pool, atmosphere, staff, breakfast, rooms -- very lovely! Only reason I would give it less than 5/5 is because the wifi is very bad. If you need it for a work call or something I recommend you plan accordingly.

Island paradise hotel
Perfect hotel for the island, rooms nice and clean. Great pool. Great location. My favourite thing is that the service was incredible!

lovely place
Lovely place & great staff, very nice and accommodating. Positives: Lovely breakfast, nice pool, excellent location. Negatives: some issues with cleanliness in one of the toilets. Overall: Worth the money & I would stay there again!

Good pool and breakfast-everything else was awful
The hotel itself was alright and we really liked the outdoor pool. Breakfast was good. The room was awful though: it had a safe but it was locked, bathroom was filthy and disgusting, the room didn’t have a heating kettle, the shower box was dirty and the water kept changing between hot and cold by itself. When we asked them to take care of those problems and clean up the filthy bathroom they seemed to have taken it seriously, but NOTHING HAPPENED after that. The hotel was clearly understaffed. We only saw 4 employees operating the entire property (3 in the morning shift and only 1 at night). Our overall experience was way below average.

great island but....
Room not really as advertised, neither was hotel overall. great spot, building is nice, but service not up to speed. room very small, no desk, no seating. very average internet

Really friendly staffing at hotel in paradise
Great decor! (Kind of New York modern). Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, really friendly staff. Ask to have the sauna turned on it's so relaxing.

Cute boutique hotel
Great stay however there was some noise from the outside. Apart from the noise the hotel itself is a boutique style hotel and is very clean. The staff are extrmely attentive and will help you with all of your queries.

Central hotel, friendly staff
The rooms are quite small, and breakfast is, well, fine. Décor is a little tired in places, but staff and keen to please. Stayed for two nights and seem to have suffered from bed bug bites (they only come up after a day or so). Balcony and view are great, especially if the weather is good. The island is lovely and great fun to explore. Hotel only a short walk from the boats. Great eating available locally, too.

Reasonable hotel, close enough to the boat station
Breakfast OK; not special. Location great. Room was quite small but had a brilliant balcony with good views back to the city over the water. Friendly staff, eager to please. Décor tired in placed.

Lovely Boutique Hotel
This is a lovely little boutique hotel on a charming square. Soak in the sun by the pool and have breakfast on the outdoor balcony with the horse and buggies going by. It is worth splurging on the extra money for a room with a sea view--the highlight of our trip!

The hotel was wonderful. My friend and I checked in earlier then the actual check in time and the staff stored our luggage in the office so we could walk around and explore. They were also very helpful when we asked about which ferry we needed to take back to Eminonu. The decor was fun yet classy, and their beds were extremely comfortable, especially the comforters. It is in a great location, close to shopping, eating, and bike rentals. If you find yourself traveling to Buyukada, you should rent a bike and visit the St. George Monastary, the views are fabulous, they will not disappoint.

Nice hotel with very friendly manager and staff
Nice botique hotel with personal assistance and a friendly word from the new manager and the staff at the front desk. They helped with translation and guidance about places to visit and amenities in the area. Buffet breakfast was nice especially considering the price of the room. The rooms were unique, comfortable, even had a fridge with mini bar which was a nice surprise. Pool with sun loungers and a bar for those who like to relax. Only 5 minutes walk from the ferry landing. Would definitely recommend if youre staying on the island.
