Not very convenient
First, we were promised some things and they weren't there when we got to the hotel so don't believe anything they tell you online. Second, the safe did not work and they did not even care to fix the problem. Third, the staff was not very friendly specially the receptionists and you can tell they have a fake smile and they get easily irritated when asked questions. The cleaning was good but they never refilled the shampoo and sometimes forget to check if we have toilet paper or not. Additionally, they only care to get money from you and don't care much for your satisfaction. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, there was no laundry and to send your laundry outside it was very expensive.

The Room windows can’t be closed. Air condition doesn’t work. We changed our the room. But other room air condition doesn’t work too. I utterly not recommend that staying there any condition.

Otelin konumu güzel. Imes sanayi bölgesine yakın. Odalar geniş. Otel konumu nedeniyle binalarla iç içe. Kahvaltı ortalama sayılır.

Dårlig med service. Rommet var ikke klart selvom de sa det var det. Ungene hadde ikke fått dyner og når vi sa det fikk bare ene ungen det mens andre fikk ikke det. Orket ikke mase om det igjen så da sov ene med oss. Veldig dårlig lyd isolasjon, kunne høre naboen når de hostet eller pratet.

Aralık ayı Hava sıcaklığı 5 derece bize verdikleri odanın pencereleri sonuna kadar açık , içerisi buz gibi,klimaları kendini zor ısıtıyor berbat bir tesis , ödemeyi yaptım ve yarım saat içinde oteli terk ettim, kısacası berbat bir yer, bir daha asla gitmem

Kahvaltısı güzeldi, oda biraz kirliydi, havlular çok temiz değildi, odada sigara kokusu vardı iyi havalandırılmamıştı. Bu saydığım olumsuzluklara rağmen fiyat pahalıydı.

çok bozulmuş
öğlen saat 12 de arayıp teyid alarak rez yaptım. istediğim odayı ben saat 17 de gittiğimde başkasına sattıklarını söylediler. oda temizliği çok kötü yastık kılıfları lekeliydi. yatak çok rahatsızdı. tv nin hoparlörü patlaktı. banyodaki havlular sigara kokuyordu. sanırım havalandirmadan sigara kokusu siniyor. banyo duş fiskiyesinden cok az su geliyordu. tazyik yoktu. kahvalti cok yetersizdi. bıçaklar o kadar kördüki domates kesmiyordu. çıkışta fatura vermediler. bir daha gideceğimi sanmıyorum

Badezimmer nicht sauber. Pflege Personal sitzt in den Zimmern rum stat zu arbeiten. In einer Woche wurden die Bettwäsche nach Aufforderung ausgetauscht. Nur der Preisvehältnis stimmt. nochmal? Nein danke

Das zimmer war nicht sauber minibar war nicht gefüllt es wahr lehr.. keine gläser im zimmer Bin das 2 mal im hotel 1 mal war alles sauber und schöhn diesesmal nach 1 jahr erstaunlich nach gegeben
