This hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly. Its located within walking distance of key Istanbul attractions and we would happily stay at this hotel again as it represents good value. It makes you realised how overpriced many hotels are in the UK.

Istanbul is a fantastic city. But hotel booker beware. This place was decent, but not satisfactory for my intentions. I wanted a wonderful place to wake up on Christmas morning. First, the room was a bit tight, but that's fine. I understand there is a high premium on real estate in this city. But the smell of the bathroom... that was other level. We asked for a candle or spray or something. It's the smell of rotten sour water. We kept the fan on incessantly and the door closed. The balcony was nice, but we didn't really use it because the room was tight and our luggage took that space in front of the door. Honestly, before you book anything just visit in person and see the room then decide. I wish we hadn't booked this and that it wasn't nonrefundable. And it's lame that for such a basic room and high price, breakfast wasn't included. However, the area is loaded with cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, and about 3 downhill blocks from the tram, so location was the best point.

The hotel in total is good the location is perfect the staff service amazing also the cleaning is wonderful just the economy room was a bit small but in the end it was economy room so in total I really recommend it and advise people to book here

Great place, location, city and staff
We had a great experience in Istanbul and at Atlantis Royal Hotel. This is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is new, the rooms are very beautiful, modern and contemporary and have air-conditioning and fridge. Cleaners clean daily. Breakfast is cheap and the accommodation price is also very cheap for the location. The location is great Next to blue mosque and hagia sophia. Shops nearby selling everything you need. Buy groceries from across the road. The staff and management are very helpful all the way from check in to check out. We stayed here for 10 nights and we highly recommend this place :)

Ismael and Ali where brilliant sorting out our rooms without any issues . All credit for making us comfotable and helping us with the area. The hotel is excellent and close distance to all tourist areas. They can sort out all help with taxis and tours. I will be staying here again because of these two.

Had a great stay with my wife and 6 month old daughter. Less then 10 mins walk away to most of the tourist attractions. Sparkling clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention of brother Ismael who took good care of us and helped out a lot. Good value for money. Will definately stay here again. Recommended

The Atlantis Royal Hotel is small but very nice, clean and cozy. The price was great and the staff are amazing. They went above and beyond. Very close to attractions. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Bedden werden niet verschoond, pas nadat we dat gevraagd hadden aan de receptie. Familie kamer leek op de foto erg groot maar is in werkelijkheid juist super klein. We hadden amper loop ruimte. Uitchecken ging ook heel vreemd, we werden beschuldigd van het gebruik van een hoofdkaart. Blijkbaar kon onze pas alle kamers openen van het hotel, erg onprofessioneel. Ontbijt kent weinig variatie. Wij zouden hier de volgende keer niet willen verblijven.

Great little hotel. Rooms were gorgeous. Really well decorated. Guys from the front desk were really nice and helped with all our needs. Walking distance to the main attractions. Even the towels smelled great. Definitely would return.

Отличный новый отель. Тихое место, отдыхали 12 октября 2019 года! Номера сделаны со вкусом, шикарная ванная комната несмотря на то что был номер эконом! Не жалейте брать стандартные номера. До трамвая 7 минут ходьбы в небольшой подъем. Очень удобно добираться. Площадь султанахмет в 5 минутах. Улочка тихая шума нет. Вай фай работает шикарно! На ресепшене по любому вопросу поможет Ismail. Ему отдельная благодарность! Он оперативно решает любые вопросы! Поменяли три отеля в Стамбуле, однозначно этот отель можно выбирать в не всяких сомнений!! Очень рекомендую!

Es war sehr hellhörig, obwohl renoviert wurde. Man hörte alles von der Dusche des Nachbarszimmer. Ansonsten sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer etwas klein.

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Keller (Untergeschoss) ...mini Zimmer was nicht so schlimm war aber ohne Fenster, das heißt es gab ein Fenster, welches aber zugemauert war.Wir hatten weder Tageslicht noch Sauerstoff...wie lebendig begraben.Solch unzumutbares habe ich noch nicht nicht erlebt. Auf Reklamation wurde nicht eingegangen!! Man muss Urlauber die ihre Tage geniessen möchten davor warnen!

I stayed there for 4 nights, they cleaned my room everyday. The hotel seems to he quite new. I got an econony room in basement. For budget travel it is a good deal, the room was spacious and nice, however the walls were very thin I could hear the talking from the reception upstair. And in early morning (around 8am) the staff worked in the basement and that could be quite noisy. I couldnt get good sleep while I was there for 4 nights, but if you are a kind of person who can sleep no matter what happens around you, I would recommend you this hotel, otherwise there should be a better choice with similar budget. Staff is friendly. The location was great, in walking distance to most major sightseeing spots. However it is very difficult to find the hotel on my first day, recommend you arrange pick up from the hotel at the nearby tram station.

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr schön eingerichtet ( genau wie auf den Bildern). Zudem war das Hotel sehr sauber und wurde jeden Morgen von den Putzkräften Picko bello geputzt. Die Lage ist ideal für Menschen, die schnell jede Ecke Istanbuls erkunden möchten, das das Hotel sehr zentral liegt und sich in einer sehr ruhigen Straße befindet. Zudem war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit ( sowohl der Herr morgens und der Herr abends ) Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und sind über die Auswahl des Hotels sehr zufrieden. Beim nächsten Mal wird wieder das selbe Hotel besucht.

Das Hotel ist erst vor kurzem in Betrieb genommen nachdem das Gebäude mehr oder weniger Kernsaniert wurde. Die Einrichtung, Möbel, Bett und Bad daher in neuwertigem, sauberem Zustand. Die Lage ist Super, sind noch keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Blauen Moschee oder bis zur Straßenbahnlinie T1. Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Läden sind ebenfalls in direkter Nähe. Der Chef ist sehr freundlich, meistens anwesend und hat stets Tips und Empfehlungen parat. Ich kann die Adresse wärmstens empfehlen.

Ismael, nos trató excelente. Nos apoyaron en toda nuestra estancia en Estambul. Llegas caminando a la mezquita azul, cisterna y Santa Sofía, la estación del tren está muy cerca y en la avenida principal hay muchos restaurantes para cenar. El lugar es limpio. Ismael was very kind, the hotel is near to mezquita azul you can arrive walking. The train station is to 2 blocks.
