During our stay staff was amazing and friendly. They were able to accommodate any requests we made. We had an item missing and the managemt was able to find it and deliver it to us after a week we checked out. The staff was honest Mr.Fatih was very helpful. Great breaksfast as well.

The hotel was good but we should have done more to check what the area was like it was situated right on top of a major route for traffic and was quite noisy and busy all the time .

Very beautiful hotel. Equipped with everything you need. Excellent front desk and services. We stayed 7 nights. Restaurants on premise. We parked car. Valet parking. Only issue we had was internet :( room or hotel internet neither worked very well. Otherwise excellent!

This is absolutely not a 5* hotel. The furniture has aged with even cabinet paints peeling. Large stains on the carpet in hallways. Dirty and old elevators. My room had a very bad sewer smell coming out of the grid in the bath room. I sealed it using a plastic bag. The next day the hotel management said it's the case in every room when the southerly winds blow (which is not uncommon in Turkey). My room did not a have safe and I asked the management to get one installed. Staff was very helpful but they can't save the overall hotel experience. The gym was surprisingly nice as I believe it was a third party managing it and they accept customers from outside which explains. As I observed, the rate is fluctuating wildly for some reason. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless a very good deal is offered for the rate which was the case for me.

It was very clean and a nice Hotel. However, not a 5 star at all, needs updating, lots of wear and tear in furniture,cracks and stains everywhere. Good location and nice people.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Just a couple of example: helping to find a tour guide in short notice, offering umbrella in a rainy day, or if you need eye mask for sleeping they will help you out. Due Covid-19 measures the room cleaning happens when you leave your room and it's done every 3 days but also can be requested more often if needed. The Hotel will accommodate you. The room will be refilled every day (bottled water, sugar, coffee/tea, paper cups). The Hotel's location is perfect as well: McDonald's, Mall, Subway/Bus, Starbuck's is in 5 min walk distance, and lot's of restaurants and grocery stores around to choose from. I had a great experience, and would definitely go back again or advise it to anyone to stay there. :)

Hotel staff are very friendly and location is excellent just 1 minute away from Kozyatagi Metro but hotel condition is terrible need renovations specially bathrooms .asansor very slow yoh have to wait each time you want yo go or down

My Mom and I stayed here for family reunion. We could not picked a better place for the quality of the service and cleanliness we received. the hotel is in a great location which was very important for our safety. Awful stay at a supposedly 5 star hotel
The hotel has no right to be a 5 star hotel. The workmanship with in the rooms was poor quality, every single time we asked a member of staff for something they said no, these included spare towels, ear plugs, laundry, posting a letter. It is not the staffs fault, but training is awful, no one says hello when you walk into the hotel or leave, it feels like you are entering a bank, not a supposedly 5 star hotel. Would avoid at all costs. Location is awful, everything around the hotel is bad. Only positive is it is near the metro so can get far away from it. Also the walls are very thin, I could hear my neighbour snoring the whole night.

Very close to metro station giving access to Asian side of Istanbul. Had to request tea and coffee after this was left out after room servicing. Breakfast is very nice and something for everyone. Overall a good hotel

Mediocre service
The stay was just fine up until the last moments of checkout and departure. The checkout was colored by a small rip off for 40 Turkish lira instead of 20 for a room bar, which didn’t worth mentioning if it not what was followed. Upon the departure, a member of staff proposed to use the hotel’s airport transfer (which is 50% more expensive than the regular yellow taxi service fare, BTW). The problem is that after waiting for 15 minutes, the staff member said that they could not offer the transfer and calling the regular service instead. After another 10 minutes of waiting for a car, I had to use Uber (which is just a proxy for regular taxi services in Turkey), which solved the issue in three (sic!) minutes. Wi-fi quality is another lousy joke of a 5-star hotel of 21 century. Unpleasant stroke to overall magnificently spent time in the colorful country.
