The hotel has no right to be a 5 star hotel. The workmanship with in the rooms was poor quality, every single time we asked a member of staff for something they said no, these included spare towels, ear plugs, laundry, posting a letter. It is not the staffs fault, but training is awful, no one says hello when you walk into the hotel or leave, it feels like you are entering a bank, not a supposedly 5 star hotel. Would avoid at all costs. Location is awful, everything around the hotel is bad. Only positive is it is near the metro so can get far away from it. Also the walls are very thin, I could hear my neighbour snoring the whole night.
