Excellent excellent excellent!!! Furkan, Ugur, and Ferhat made our stay so welcoming, comfortable, and luxe. Stayed at many 5 star hotels in my life and this definitely felt like it deserves 6 stars. The staff was also kind enough to upgrade my husband and I’s room based upon our travel status. Not only was the property great but location was optimal, on a quaint street just steps from Taksim square. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
The hotel was nice and it was located near Taksim Square and a shopping area there. They had an excellent breakfast buffet although it was pricey ($25 euro per person and kids were not much less). The coffee area was nice with tasty treats, but also expensive. The condo we stayed in (residence section) was nice, but the tub drain was slow and the washer/dryer didn't work properly for most of my stay. Overall, it was a nice stay.
