I went there for my wife’s birthday and the concierge was very helpful in sorting out a surprise dinner for her booking and arranging all the travel and cake ext with no added hassle for myself. The room was so nice and clean we both had such and amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Istanbul.

The location of the property is perfect both for business and vacation as it is conveniently located in the Taksim area. However, the front desk reps are untrained, not respecting the privacy while handling your needs/ requests, not willing to grant the contracted services/ and/or any Expedia Vip amenities. Moreover, even if the room was nice and big, the bathroom was literally stinking and the mold is present in the bathroom. The heating system not working properly, had to turn it off as it was warmer with the heating off.
