The hotel is very nice. The rooms are good sized, and all the staff from reception to housekeeping to the folks in the breakfast room are incredible. The location is good - right by a subway station and lots of bars and restaurants. The down side is people are partying until 3 am and the horn honking is incessant. You'll need earplugs if that bothers you.

Wonderful hotel with traditional sumptuous Turkish decor, in a great central location within easy walking distance to key sights and Karikoy ferries. We stayed in a Delux double room with Golden Horn view, which was superb, and the view simply stunning. Hotel staff, particularly reception staff, were super helpful and professional, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The hotel staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well served. The hotel room was good and the bed super comfy. The shower was delicious. Around the corner you find the train station, and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. The view to the city was beautiful. I would definitely come back.

Booked this hotel very last minute. I was greeted by the staff at the reception who made my stay very pleasant and welcomed me to Istanbul. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely a very nice variety of Turkish breakfast options. The hotel staff guided me on where to go as tourists and guided me on all metro and tram options. Overall very happy with this hotel experience and will be staying again when k next visit Istanbul. Great location amazing access to all things.

It's very unique hotel, over 100 years old building renovated to stylish hotel. It's not a modern but you get a different experience. so maybe the size of the rooms are smaller than north America's hotel standard but has lots of luxury & style. The team are super friendly & professional & they do to make your stay more pleasant.

The hotel staff is very nice and the location and views are great. The place itself needs some attention. The shower handle came off when I turned it. The towel rack fell off the wall. The shower curtain leaves the floor soaking wet. The A.C. said it needed a new filter but there wasn't one to put in, apparently. It took an extra day to get a second keycard because they were in short supply.
