This property is very safe and close to shopping and blue mosque and Ayasofya. Food is very good and stuff is very friendly and Carers. I like your property. Thanks to all of them

When I checked in one of the guys at reception was reluctant to pay me back some money I was due to receive - it was only when another member of staff intervened that the issue was resolved. Disappointing

Pooor poor poor - DONOT STAY HERE
Upgraded to a suit which was in poor condition, window mechanism broken and safety catch detached from window. Dual shower had only one shower working and had mould in ceiling. Went to hotel reception and had very bad attitude from the person in charge. I would definitely not stay here again and would recommend Hotels.com to remove them from their listing

Very tight rooms hardly any room for your suitcase shower floor was leaking outside the area of the shower cubicle i had to request change of room as the toilet was so tightly packed between walls also another door joining the next room could hear everthat was going on even when they was bonking mad couldn’t sleep complained to reception kept on saying rooms are full even though i seen rooms empty only changed a room when i told them about the sex noises that has a door to next room when i raised my voice thats when they quickly gave me a card for another room They dont supply water in rooms to drink or any tea bags etc you have to buy everything the breakfast isn’t breakfast only boiled eggs and chips served in morning every morning then theres the salad ( think they thought rabbits are staying ) very disappointed will not stay here thats for sure

The bathroom need to be renovated , water leaking from under the shower door, cannot hang the shower handset on the wall, i went to the front desk and told him , when i return in the evening it was fixe. They do not understand the meaning of the term DO NOT DISTURB , even the light do not disturb is on , the lady enter and clean the room anyway .... happened twice

I had to ask for another room on the next day on my arrival , the first one was very small and dark and i need a room with table and chair to work on my laptop. The water in toilet is running constantly and i couldn't sleep.
