However, no bedbugs were found. We found 2 mosquitoes in your room, which we think may have entered through the window. As we mentioned before, your rooms are cleaned in detail and provided to you with zero problems. For such later problems, we spray your room instantly with insecticide spray. Your complaints about the electricity and inadequacy of its solution regarding our technical service team will be conveyed to our upper management.
