Pros: Location near Metro
Cons: Buffet
Location: Tons of restaurants and cafes and shops.
I think it is great for the price. I stayed there twice and will stay there again.

Noisy rooms, too much traffic noise

The rooms were smaller than advertised and the manager refused to give me another room saying I could cancel the booking if I was not satisfied. The beds blocked the cupboard which would not open. Finally I had to work with the housekeeper to move the bed out of the way, removing the side table so that the cupboard would open. I saw the manager give 2 rooms to walk-ins while telling me he did not have any vacant rooms. This would be my second such experience through Expedia where hotels force crappy rooms and charge extra while trying to exploit tourists saying they were free to cancel. All this knowing well that in case of last minute cancellation, Expedia would charge the customer the full fees. Never will book thru Expedia again

Its very good hotel, clean, nice staff and overall very good hotel comparing to the same grade hotels in the are, the price is lower than all other hotel while the service is better.

all rooms are smoking

I booked one Queen bed non smoking room but I have got two single bed smoking room. Hotel told all their rooms are OK to smoke.

The room over all was covered in dust and the pics from the website didn't look like the room. On the website it said that the hotel would give us a free ride from and to the airport but instead they made us pay for it. Another time I wanted my family members to come over and sit in the room for a couple hours then leave, but the ppl at the front desk didn't even let them leave the lobby, which was annoying because I came to see my family. I also asked for extra pillows and they only gave me one when I asked for 3, they told us that there was the only one extra pillow for the whole hotel. The washroom had a really bad smell when we first came in to the room and the toilet was dirty and so was the shower. When we would take a shower the water would leak on to the bathroom floor.

Nice hotel close to metro

Like i said it is close to metro station,i like the speed of the free wifi,and the room service is good
