Nice hotel close to the beach

High class feel and look in a suburban area

Pros: the gym, the sauna, the food, the bed king size comfortable at it's max!
Cons: curtains in the room were lifted at the centre point allowing daylight in.
Location: location was good - close to the beech - all amenities to hand - locals were lovely - plenty of food places to try out - shisha bar -
Pleasantly suprised to view this hotel given it's surroundings which look a little dated it stood out head and shoulders above other properties. Very impressive structure and deceptive as once you're inside it seems to take on a life of it's own with the best foyer and view from within a hotel you would normally encounter. There is a court yard feel once inside as you look up each floor and see the balcony's of every floor. Staff were helpful enough and smiled and were courteous. The gym is very well presented as is the sauna and steam room as well as the turkish bath area. The swimming pool is based on the top floor and the view is quite wonderful in it's own way as one can look out to the coast line.

It was fantastic But they should make smoking area For the smokers spicaily in the cafe shop and lobby

the view is nice but the room was not clean i had to request my room to be clean many times .

Hotel is very central for this area of Istanbul.

Pros: It was Central lots of restaurants cafes walking distance and beautiful beach.
Cons: Their policy of no food and beverage from outside the hotel.
Location: Cafes, Restaurants, Beach.
The Hotel is very central and has great facilities. The major issue with this hotel is that they have a policy of not allowing any beverage or food product to bought into the Hotel. For this purpose they have security individuals standing at the entrance of the hotel and you have pass thru a scanner like you do at the airport. If they find any beverage or food product on you they confiscate it and return it after you check out. So you are forced to buy basic things such as water and snacks for yourself from the hotel at you can imagine ridiculous prices. I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world but have never seen this policy. Plus the concept of having a screening device at the lobby makes you feel that the hotel is not receptive or accepting of their guests. I live in Karachi, Pakistan and we have these screening devices in hotels to prevent bombings not prevent foods and beverages. Classic thing is that a 500ml bottle of water which cost less than 1 Turkish lira is sold by the hotel at ten times the price. Plus their Air conditioning is never working. When you complain they say its working which is true but its never cooling.

Fantastic hotel and staff were so attentive and friendly. The room were well equipped and the breakfast was lovely and the staff willing to help if you wanted something would defiantly go again .

90 minutes away from Istanbul Downtown

The hotel is far away, if you want to go to downtown (not by taxi) it takes 90 minutes. The air condition was broken so the room was always hot. The staff didn't speak English. The breAkfast is also not good. The only thing good is the size of the room and the spa (we couldn't have massages because there wasn't any turn available) I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
