Whereas the property was fine, the room we were given was not fit for two people. It hardly had room to turn around, with no place to lay one's suitcase flat. It should have been a closet instead of a double room.

It seems like the hotel is going through some management related issues. When we arrived, they gave us a wrong room. Later, they gave us a different one but the room smelled as if someone just smoked in the room. We realized people smoke in the rooms even though it's prohibited after questioning. They finally gave us a room that we could stay after the third time. The room quality is below the quality of what you would expect for the price you are paying. Room floor was dirty. They have to remodel the bathroom. It's a challenge to take a shower in the bathroom. The hotel only sells the view but nothing else. I would not stay in this hotel once again and I would not recommend anybody to stay here.

Room was so small 3×3.5 mtr. Access to hotel by car is from behind but with a valet parking area . No tea/ coffee kettle in room. Breakfast is not bad. All around very clean. Gentle English-speaking staff.

This would have been in the past an excellent hotel. Its location is great with a Bosphorus prime view and ferry terminal right outside. The Spanish Embassy is located across the road. It has large dining capability 24h room service and conference capability which is sadly under used. The result is that it has slipped behind in terms of quality of furnishings and service. Needs better TV and channels and improvements to room. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay.

Just make sure air con works begore book
Would of been great if Aircon was working as on the night it was 31 degrees in our room it was very uncomfortable as too hot. To get told by reception to open the window.. problem being window opened into the foyer where reception was and we was 1st floor right next to function room amd where you go for breakfast . They was a wedding on the night noise was horrendous no draft as plastic roof!

The staff was unfriendly, room was too small that we couldn’t fit our luggage. The bed Matress was uncomfortable, no proper bedding. AC leaking when arrived and in the middle of the night, which caused our shoes to be damaged by the water leaked. Staff refused to give us 2 cards for the room. Definitely don’t recommend it I even didn’t stay the second night booked and moved to another hotel due to the above issues faced.

Because we booked through Hotel.com we got a very small room with no chairs to sit. We had to complain to get our room changed and they wanted to charge us. We finally got a new room, with one chair for 2 people.

They don’t let u control the temperature in the room. The room was so hot we opened the window and it didn’t help. We couldn’t wait until the sunrise to leave to another hotel.

The hotel is located on a main road, extremely loud! The hotel also hosts multiple local weddings p/week and the floor board literally shake with extremely loud music till midnight. Rooms are small but nice enough. Staff are almost ignorant till you say something. Definitely consider somewhere else

The hotel was extremely loud in the evenings as they hosted hen parties. The music was so loud it echoed through the entire hotel and did not stop until midnight. The breakfast buffet was poor and staff seemed overworked and stressed.

Two stars for the location, AC was cooling itself, room temperature was 78-80F while outside was 72F. Power outlets was out of this world. This place is still in the 18th century as they mentioned since the 18th century on the signs.. They don't have wifi as well.. They put everything to plastic bags not mentioned sanitized, clean or dirty..

unique, absolutely charming ottoman villa turned into a hotel. wonderful staff, great breakfast. Maybe far from the city center, yet has its own shopping streets and restaurants. And one can always take the bus or a taxi to the hustle and bustle of Istanbul anyway. lovely, just lovely place by the sea, looking over to Asia from Europe

Stayed one night only. The breakfast (included) was very good. However, the room (213) was clean but too small. No chairs or anything similar.The bed was so close to the wardrobe that the wardrobe doors opened only 30%. Hard to hang anything. The AC/Heating system was unadjustable. The control unit only functioned on or off. Thermostat adjaustment did not function. The hand held shower pipe/tube in the bath leaked. The positioning of the shower system plumbing needs revision. I am at loss to understand the rating of "Special Class"

Breakfast on the Bosphorus ❤🇹🇷
Everything was wonderful. The breskfast was so delicious, much more than we expected, with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. Only room for improvement is the WIFI, they need a stronger connection.

If you are a big me, it may be hard to get into shower since its door does not open fully. Likewise, toilet is a bit narrow. Toilet paper holder sticks you. If possible, get a larger room.
